Well actually a lot of people came in here saying there is no hope left, acting like this is the movie thread. And there has been plenty of theories posted, so I don't know what you're looking for really.

Well, in NSUNS: Revolution, the robot DID have a crush on Hinata. Robots like consistency and predictability, and no one can be more consistently predictable than Hinata. She's like Groot, can only say the words "Naruto" and "-kun", exclusively in that order.

Naruhina wasn't developed enough to be given the "soul mate" treatment. It's Kishi's own damn fault. Trying to make them look like the main love/couple now just comes off looking ridiculous.

I'm sure Hinata is smart in some circumstances... It's just that all the time she's fainted from merely being in Naruto's presence has caused serious brain damage. It's why she has degraded from her Part 1 self.

It's SP + Kishomoto 's fault. Also, I believe they let western people to fool them of what ending should be better and...since they suck at everything, they decided to listen that biased and illogical people.
