I want NS to canon but I grew up with this series so I don't want it to end :(

........Still kind of weird that Sakura was more torn up about Sauce turning evil than she was about Naruto dying.

Everything has an end. I know it will be a tough moment when it ends but you will grow on it sooner than you think. And cmmon she loved Sasuke during Kage arc, however we wish to deny it. Atleast try to think from her side. Heck Naruto can't bring himself to kill Sasuke(He did say that he'd in a way) let alone Sakura. And even if she didn't love Sasuke it would still be difficult to kill him. That dosen't make Naruto less important to her. To better illustrate my point, imagine Sasuke has killed Naruto and try to imagine Sakura now, you'll get the answer yourself!

The moment Sakura found out that Naruto has a chance at being safe, she put her emotions into control and did the best she could to keep him alive. How can you say that when the pages are there and besides that, context is there. Also remember that you can't be too exicited otherwise the control over your chakra gets kittened up excuse my language, tgat is why Sakura keeps hers into control, besides other reasons. She was the one who thaught Naruto about that.

Exactly. As a med nin her chakra comtrol requires the utmost petfection if I may say and her loosing her kitten onlu means disturbace in the chakra flow, hence no chakra for healing hence dead Naruto.
There are a lot to take into consideration besides emotional impacg which is OBVIOUS either way. Can't forget her shocked face when she realized Naruto has no pulse. Zero heartbeat.

Put it this way, if Gaara never said anything about solution, she will lose herself. Gaara answered right away and Sakura became determined to do one last thing, which is more manual than she was doing. Honestly, we don't need tears all the time. Just when it's right. Plus, knowing Naruto love her is already enough. Crazy when you think she cries at thinking than just witnessing. Knowing Jinchuurki can die by extraction breaks her. Come on, isn't that enough.

It'd ruin the series. This happened with A:TLA. I consider the sequel to be from a different universe, because or else it would destroy the prequel and I won't let it.

I think you might be interpreting things wrong here. She knew very well those things that is why she told Shika not to say anything, anymore. Sakura is not stupid.

Avatar? Why? Korra? I see it as a loosely sequel based but it doesn't often continue where it left off, just references. Plus, it is more distant future, so it leaves more creative ideas, even though they haven't done so much...or am I mistaking for something?

You know, I still think the most anticipated moment for everyone here especially myself is the wake up. I know I shouldn't bet my money on it, but the setup feels very, well, setup.

If Kishi wasted so many panels on them being at their side, not that they are, not offering a closure to the moment, aka, them waking up and being safe would feel like...how should I say it... Without sense? Why have them so stressed out about the other stuff but when it comes to waking up you don't show it? Feels cut, dunno...
