What has me wondering is how this series that has been running for 12 years is not that known in the western fanbase. I'll definitely check it out, but I'm conflicted with whether I should start the manga or the anime. Most likely, I'll read the manga first, and will catch up with season 3 (I'm sorry, but I can't watch 200+ episodes XD).

Are you kidding me??? This is the studio that does all the Gundam animes!! Of course it's notable in the west!!! Although the reason it probably doesn't stand out as much as say, BONES, is probably because Bones' animes stick out like a sore thumb since they're somewhat unconventional in their animes like Cowboy Bebop, Space Dandy, FMAB, etc.

On the other hand, I do think another reason why their animes really stick out is because they choose animes that have hammy characters

Calm down XD I'm not oblivious when it comes to Sunrise. Eh...Cowboy Bebop was animated by Sunrise... not Bones. And I love Cowboy Bebop. I've also seen Code Geass which is easily in the top ten of my favorite animes ever. Add to that Inuyasha

I'm talking only talking about the anime to Gintama. Everything about Gintama in general amoung the Western anime and manga fanbase.

I love Studio Bones although that is rather a biased statement from me who is watching FMAB right now and has seen Noragami in the past...

i think himawari would be daddy's little girl. naruto would really cherish her in ways that would make bolt a little jealous.

You know, that's the sad part of Sakura. She could have twist things around but instead, yeah...

I do like Konan. I feel mixed that she died quick and she had potential with some type of storyline. But on the other hand, it's Kishi, so yeah...Blessing in disguise.

I don't think Sakura had the potential considering who is writing the story furthermore she's just really a "normal" girl.

 

I think her death was great though i'm pretty disappointed she was really just Nagato's lackey who has no other goals :/, but she really can't be forgiven for staying with a murderer like Nagato but this is Naruto so yeah............

Guy was even more disadvantaged than Sakura was yet look how far he came with taijutsu alone. He became one of the most powerful shinobi in the world, and he was the only non-Sage related character who could put up a fight against Rikudou Madara - easily the strongest character in the manga barring any of the Sage's descendants or the bijuu. If anyone deserves the acclaim for being a disadvantaged underdog from a no-name clan who pushed himself to greatness it's Guy. 

 

Can you imagine the possibilities of Tsunade and Sakura wielding the 8 celestial gates simultaneously with their Byakugou? I have to confess - a senjutsu-powered Sakura with the Byakugou and continual 8th gate usage is a force to be reckoned with. She would easily surpass every incarnation of her teammates with that combination except for their Rikudou states, and even then, she may not be all that much weaker. Kaguya would be facing the entirety of Team 7, not just Sasuke and Naruto.

41,440 sales. From the way SS fans were saying that the novel was sold out in most places in Japan, I assumed it would sell alot more than the Kakashi Novel.....however, it's the least sold so far

 

First Week for each novel:

Kakashi hiden - 60,611

Shikamaru Hiden - 51,752

Sakura Hiden - 41,440

 

.....but I'm liking this trend....lol.

Oh thank you. Wow it is declining hard. I suspect because the next one is going to be about getting wedding presents for that wedding it not going to drawing a lot of people. Do you think a novel of Gaara's love life will drawn in his fan girls? And I'm not even sure about that Akatsuki one.

 

Also they did have the sale for all the novels sold:

The jump book site says the books are 650 yen plus tax. Husky says that with tax it makes it 702 yen right? At the moment it is 120.32 yen per US dollar exchange.

So far Kakashi's book has made so 93,265,250 yen/ $775,143.37 (650) or 100726470 yen (tax)/ $837,154.84

Shikamaru's is 60,580,000 yen/ $503,490.69 (650) or 65,426,400 yen (tax)/ $543,769.95

Sakura's 26,936,000 yen (650)/ $223,869,68 or 29,090,880 yen (tax) /$241,779.26

So far this novel collection has made $1,658,704.05 (tax)

So in other words, these claims of unpopularity and lack of financial success are nothing but fabrications.

We all know how we feel about Kishi after the way he treated Naruto with how it turned out in the ending. He sucks at everything in terms of developing a perfect story from start to finish where the characters go through development in the end and nothing gets convoluted and retconned. 

 

 

 

However just about ten minutes ago i finish rereading The Mario One-shot ever since it first came out, and that's probably the only thing from Kishi that I'll probably ever remotely like. What do you guys think?

And that would the biggest BS ever , Sasuke should never be given a team of genins to lead given his track record . Its so freaking ironic to see him teaching kids about teamwork , morals  and what not when he kittented on all of it    . He was a freaking terrorist and kitten crazy JFC WTF is he gonna teach them  How to kill your teammates !?   . His moral compass is broken as kitten and he's always been self centered and selfish  what sane parent would put his kid under his tutelage !?  . 

 

Also you would think that as the MC and "hero" of his own story Naruto should get that privilege , but then again I forgot that his only purpose in his freaking manga is to bring the real hero and MC  Sasky Kwoon    . It all makes sens now .
