My class is 18:00 pm but I thought it was 16:00 pm and came here I could have slept more

If you are good student and was lucky to get a goverment place - it's free for you, and having high marks will grant you scholarship. If not - you'll paying for half of year or a year of studying, well you can even pay for whole time of studying.

Nope. I'm inscribed with one professor at one specific hour and we take their examens. Also, it was another kind of law class, with a different name.

No, you choose your from the beggining, and you can switch only within your speciality like economist go only to other part of economy specialists, you can't switch from economist to technical specialty.
