Idk, I'd have to see proof that he is. That isn't to say you're wrong, its just that I know next to nothing about anybody that works with Kishi, and the whole "interview" seemed to be leading. The bit that they were talking about Sakura being for Sasuke's "use" was a massive red flag to me, even more so that the supposed "assistant" was like "well, I wouldn't put it that way, but yeah"
 
The whole thing reeks of the tweet thing that happened a couple of weeks ago promoting NS.

I know you are a hardcore Naruto fan, but that is one of the reasons why the manga is so criticized. Take a look to Hunter x Hunter or One Piece...the potential of side character are exploited. That's refreshing and it's called good writing...
