Where in there is it written that he thanked the vest? Takl left that part ambiguously. If Takl knows that a NS fan has used his own translation to add a meaning that wasn't there, he'll get pissed.

If Takl added something, please post the link. If he didn't, don't use a translator's name to say your opinion. It loses all credibility to the translator's work.

every reasonable person would think like this . as he red it.. specially when kakashi mentioned in the same sentence that sasuke tried to kill her.. so yes it means it faded

i dont even know who takl is really ? and can u please tell me how to explain this maybe i red it wrong but here is what i red and thought it refers to the vest

If it were referring to the vest it would be, "Thanks to it, I reached here."

I don't. That's the point of what if. What if means what if. I wonder why people always answer "it wouldn't." The point of what if is to react that it actually occurred.

For the record, it's not that I'm confused as in your explanation because I understand. But I'm wondering which one is the one to go behind. I haven't seen him posting here after his take on translation, so something tells me tomorrow morning (in here nyc) things are going to be a big debate.

It's actually hard for me to react to that. I mean, how would you react if I told you that cat actually means dog, and dog actually means whale, and the whale actually means that huge ship you ride on when you go abroad?
