I just read on a french forum, from a NH supporter that Naruto's "wait for me" sentence was confirmed to be adressed to Hinata... 

 

That's weird to me, because that would have been related on this forums if it was the case, I know it's a NS forums and that we're in a touchy mood since some days ago, but we still relate informations about the movie, even when they're not good for us. Also, the fact that it comes from a NH fan tells me that that person must have read it from a NH fan in the beginning. But maybe I just missed that information on this forums, though I suppose people would have talk about it enough for me to notice it. 

 

Does anyone know if it's true?

I know we NS fans are anxious, but this thread in particular is far too easily riled up by alleged information we see about the movies. All we can do is go by evidence we've already been presented; not by stuff fans are saying without official material to support the claims.

Remember, this movie is supposed to generate profit. They're marketing, driving up tensions, and playing on different sections of the fan base.

"Nobody" here refers to the group of Sakura-bashers who have assimilated in the Latest Releases threads. I've said it twice in my original post that you quoted: I am specifically talking about the people bashing Sakura.

That's great, again this was talking about the Sakura bashers and people who've missed Naruto's speech about how his strength comes from his friends and his bonds. Suddenly Naruto's closest bond comes to help him and-- oh no, that's unacceptable! =|

I see. Your first post gave me the impression that you were accusing people of bashing Sakura only because they expressed an opinion that she should not interfere in this fight. You know this is not the case right?  Sakura is my favorite female character and yet I don't want her to interfere in this particular fight. 

 

Your subsequent post gave me the impression that you were accusing them of not caring about NaruSaku.

Again, this is not true. I am of the opinion that this fight has nothing to do with NaruSaku. I strongly feel this is one battle that Naruto needs to win on his own. 

 

And I really do not understand this 'Sakura basher' accusations that members keep posting on this site. Not every NaruSaku fan has to like Sakura. Lets be honest, Not every NaruSaku fan likes Naruto. Just because someone doesn't like Naruto or Sakura does not mean that they are not NaruSaku fans !  

 

Exactly! Sasuke needs to see he's completely wrong, but he won't be able to fully accept that unless he sees that he can't beat Naruto just with physical strength. Because brawn is not the answer to world peace.

I don't see how Kurama intervening is considered ok, but Sakura helping is suddenly diluting Naruto's victory. =|

I can understand why you find the idea of Sakura intervening appealing. 

 

But I cannot believe you included Kurama to prove your point. Kurama is a part of Naruto and Naruto would die without Kurama. Kurama is almost like how the Sharingan was for Kakashi / Sasuke. Everything that Naruto has done has included Kurama. You cannot compare Kurama helping Naruto to Kakashi/Sakura helping Naruto !

Expect fake stuff, twisted translations, crack theories of all sort.

I'm sorry, but I didn't want that movie to be about some rapture. This is not interesting IMO. 

Also, Hinata to team up with the other, it doesn't interesting me one bit... ugh...

He deleted them, as I said in the original post. However there are screenshots of his tweets.

He appears legit as takL from NF has used his sources before, and his tweets have caused a stir on 2chan (who believes he's the real assistant).

Naruto being the main character and helping to rescue Hanabi doesn't in any way undermining Hinata's related relevance. I would argue the same for Shikamaru if say, Shikaku was kidnapped.

That picture you posted was only released a week before the movie, along with an entire chapter that was attached with it. Downplaying Hinata's role in this movie just because an entirely different character was promoted in the teaser of the previous one is simply not a convincing argument.

it does deflate her relevancy because he's the main character and he has a tendency to interject himself in people's affairs. remember, naruto himself said that he will change the hyugga's way. 
 
doesn't matter when it was released, it was still a promotional cover page made by kishi. and making the assumption that hinata will be a main character is not only a huge leap, but it isn't a convincing argument. her overall treatment in the story contradicts your argument.

Yes, a NH fan said on NF that the ''wait for me'' was written on the backside of the theme song cover(NH picture). WE have already discussed it though and Rikudou(the member) said it was fake.

Exactly. Yes. Kishi could end with a NH pairing. But to date, outside of a confession that hasn't been revisited once and a brief hand hold, there's no evidence to suggest NH will be endgame. Granted Kishi has made some terrible decisions from a writing standpoint, to pair NH with no buildup at all would be atrocious writing. We can only go with what we have, and that points to NS.

She could be right and you could be wrong...

 

But it's true that generally, in shipuden the trend has been  Naruto  being a blackhole stealing any kind of relevance from characters who aren't Uchiha or  Shikamaru.

 

Temari and Kankuro not allowed to do anything to save their otouto.

Ino and Chouji robbed of their fight against Hidan's buddy.

Team 8 not even allowed to do their tracking job, Naruto robbed that small insignificant thing from them too...

Konoha being made pathetic cowards during the Pain's invasion, so that Naruto could be the only savior...
