What if she died instead of Neji? How would the story pan out?

 

At this point, if you ask me now? I would totally have been uncorking a bottle of good wine.

I'm sure people in the ninja world would care more about Neji's death than Hinata's death.

It would be a dream come true!
I always though team seven would be regarded as the new sannin, each one of them a legend
But no, Naruto is a bitter Hokage, Sasuke is a hobo wanderer (not to bad actually) and worst of all, Sakura's a housewife!!!
I mean there is no problem with her being a housewife and kitten but its the last time we are seeing her in the manga and she is fighting kittening dust bunnies??!

Yeah, I know. That's what hit me the most honestly. Housewife Sakura. I don't know. They could've easily drawn doctors, her wearing a labcoat, something, ya know? Instead we get a feather duster.

From the spoilers, it seems Sakura has like5 minutes max, and Sasuke even less than that.

I wonder what kind of fans they're hoping to attract besides NH. They've basically elimated all the popular character from the equation sans Hinata. Kakashi, Itachi, Sasuke, Orochimaru, Akatsuki... The list goes on. Is this really supposed to lure a new generation of viewers?

"This movie is going to be absolutely ridiculous no matter how amazing the characters look or how well the animation is put together or the fact that it's the last movie in probably forever! It's not just the ships anymore, it's EVERYTHING! If it's just going to be a movie explaining how Naruto and Hinata got together then that leaves practically no room for the rest of the questions the rest of the fandom might have as a whole. -_-  This kittening movie better not just be about how NaruHina happened and no resolutions are given to other characters or teams cuz' if it is you might as well stick this movie in a freakin toilet and flush it.

 

I have never been this pissed before over a damn ending, not even with Harry Potter because at least there it was executed amazingly and developed properly. If this is purely NaruHina than I think this will be SP's and Kishimoto's biggest mistake. 15 freakin years of badassery, only for it to end like this??!! I will be utterly disappointed as just a fan of Naruto and not looking at it from my shipping eyes ... I don't think I'll look at Naruto the same ever again if it's just about NaruHina."

NS doesn't need a movie to justify the canonization of the pairing.

It only need a chapter name naruto confession to make it canon and fast forward to epilogue. It doesn't need asspull movie.
