Honestly, I'd rather it has something to do with the actual story than a filler. I usually despise fillers, although there are fan services. So, I would want the movie to be the Last of Naruto, like seriously the last. No fillers, no useless scenes, but good and relevant situations and story.

This is exactly what I wished for and exactly what I'm mourning right now.

Question! Is Temari appearing in this? Is anyone from the Sand Village appearing in this?

 

I still ship ShikaIno like I did 6 years ago. Other than wanting NS to become canon, I'd like ShinaIno to be too.

We've had Temari's sketches from Kishimoto, so she is bound to appear along Gaara.
I like ShikaTema, because I don't feel sexual tension between Shikamaru and Ino, though they get along well.  Still I think Shika will end with that code-breaker girl from Pain arc, the one in thick glasses. Temari will be his forever crush that he will never acknowledge. After all why would he dream of her in Infinite Tsuki? It felt like Kishi is fully on board, though he is not very serious about it.

Neji died, Hanabi kidnapped.... It seems that NH cannot develop by itself without any hyuuga members around them lol

NH is just forced , they don't have a normal interaction without a hyuuga victim lol

Well, I don't ship couples just based on the sexual tension they have between them but their compatibility. But meh.. I totally forgot about that glasses girl.

I do realize that in all the previous movies of Naruto Shippuuden there were always several characters announced as part of the main cast, but they got just a couple of minor interactions (plain and boring) and short battle moments (nice animation, but hardly anything new).  They really looked like background in full sense. Characters playing the role of background by the rules of fanservice. Even PURE OOCness NEVER stopped SP.
I've never seen a believable Sakura in these movies. Not once. I am not even daring to say anything about developing her character further, showing some new sides of her. Even RtN decided to degrade her to her Part 1 self. Well, she might have seen a new side of Naruto when she saw him with his parents, so maybe this is a little exсeption.
There was Naruto, his main rescue interest and the main bad guy. Just them.

Anyway, just because Hinata has been featured, it doesn't mean she's going have any more of a role than anyone else on that team. SP did the same thing for RTN, they hyped her up, and then she wasn't all that big.
