You're forgetting the fact that after he was released from Obito he then went on to slaughter Konoha ninjas and also killing Iruka's parents. If it wasn't for Minato teleporting with Kurama's Bijuu bomb, Konoha would've been flattened. I like Kurama as much as the next guy, but giving him a pass for mass murdering just because of the circumstances in his life is no excuse.

 

You expected him to do what? Just stop and go home? This is the village that had held him prisoner for 70 odd years or so, He just woke up, and the first thing he sees is an entire army infront of him from, Ofcourse he would attack....he is a mass of negative emotions, like I said in my comment before it's about the cycle of hatred, he saw all humans as the enemies for what they did to him, and franckly look at how the hosts of these beasts are treated? He was fully justified to hate humans, he was created as a proud gaurdian for humans by his father, only instead he was feared and used as a weapon and then sealed away, nobody saw him as an intelligent being he was.  He lost faith in Humanity and he had 70 odd years of rage inside him, at that point in time he was no different to a cornered wild beast.

After reading your last post it made me think on how disturbing this Manga really is, now if you tell me that this is fiction and many fiction are disturbing I will agree on that but the problem with this particular Manga is the way how the Author try to make it look as something that should reach peoples heart, that is the most disturbing part is really the Author is writing a Manga with so many sick, twisted and psychopath character to convey a message where in the end despite there wrong doing he is trying to victimize them, blame everything on a dead man or the Ninja System.

 

Again am OK with the Manga even when there are occasions I find sorting thing ridiculous but who cares after all he it's fiction and should not be use as a positive message youtrying to convey to your readers.

New argument that the word that 'we' indicated as past tense is actually past principle. Meaning that kakashi is referring to the "old sasuke" that sakura used to love. They are saying the whole thing is showing how Sakura still had hope that the old Sasuke still exists and she wants that Sasuke that she loved. It really makes no sense given the context but is it possible??

Oh brother i don't know whether to cry or laugh at this they are contradicting themselves , first they say that it was a crush back then but now its "love" again ? Seriously they make no freaking sense no matter how they twist it  , what Kakashi was talking about was the change of her feelings which were romantic at that time now they have changed to not romantic is it so hard for them to understand that ?

Yeah, it makes no sense in context. Besides, the verb "love" is still in past tense, so even if it were referring to the "old Sasuke," it would still say that Sakura used to love him, in the past, but not now, which is the opposite of what they're trying to argue...

If this person is not telling the truth then it's the best argument I have ever read to convince you what he has written is the truth.

 

So is the Viz translation the one that is being touted as Canon now? Unless the tranlater for Viz has a direct line to Kishi-Sensie I doubt their translation can be considered any more accurate than MS or MP's. they all use the same Scripts, unless ofcourse Viz get a detailed script with side notes explaining what every sentance means.

It's funny because that was like a wtf moment when all of us in here saw that line. I mean damn, either anime hates SS or we're missing something. Today, it's becoming the latter.

I maintain that SS never existed save as a fan created pairing. It was never meant to be more than that.

 

Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke were meant to represent 3 people moving along parallel lines with each other. Sakura started closer to Sasuke and away from Naruto.

 

But as the story progresses we see Sakura move on a line away from Sasuke and towards Naruto, but also we see her move closer to the center of the triumvirate of the characters.

 

She moves more to being her own character not bound by her realtionships but in balance with team 7 itself She also by default moves closer to Naruto as the relationship blossoms and grows.

 

The key point where she crosses the mid line is for me at least around the POAL, and when Naruto returns. At this stage she has fully crossed the midline and is on Narutos side of the equation and moving even further towards him.

 

As for 540 I still maintain to this day that, that chapter is one of the most misread chapters ever posted. Its clearly meant to be a negative moment referencing her past realtionships and a deconstruction of the SS relationship not a reinforcement of it.

I don't pay much attention to what opposing pairing have to say about this chapter mainly because the only reason Kakashi made that observation was because:

1- I believe this is the first time he is seeing SakuNaruSasu together in OK terms.

 

2- In the past Sakura will always speak in Sasukes behalf while putting Naruto down, but this time not only did she ask both of the to stop fighting her focus was on Naruto and not on Sasuke as it always was, that definitely draw Kakashi's attention.

 

3- Lastly before the team  7 got apart everyone had a dream so he went over all off them dreams and notice that Naruto got his dream, Sakura no longer seems to be chasing her dream (Sasuke), he notice her affection on desire to save him was still there she loved him so isn't that obvious, but when you think about it if she wants to save him because she loves him them Kakashi's statement about her feelings being different makes no sense at all, so what people should be thinking is how Sakura feels about Ssuke when it comes to romance?

And Sasuke something that in my view is another factor against SS is the fact that not even when Sakura and Kakashi asked him about his new goal he gave them and answer so if we look back on chapter 635 we know Sakura don't trust him, wouldn't this make things even worst for that pairing.

 

Despite that people are saying that SS are celebrating this chapter, why? Are they reading the same Manga or my reading comprehension is that terrible plus none of them is asking why Kakashi never mention anything about Naruto and Sakura's development together and how things when from Naruto being the one she hate the most to what he means to her now.

You mean Yugou? Is this the strange fillers where they had her become a medic nin, even though the Manga had clearly shown her still being in the ANBU during the invasion? Then again all Fillers sound strange to me, I haven't really watched one for years.
