That's probably a self-proclaimed title. Don't be nervous. At the end of the day, all he has is opinion. It's the same with every debater. No matter how many arguments he has "crushed" in the past, he can't predict the future of the manga. If you need help, you always have this forum to fall back on.

I googled his username and a NaruHina fanfiction came up. Here's a snippet:

"But she got me." Naruto interrupted, "Read me like a book. She knew how alone and inadequate I felt…. I … I didn't even know there was someone out there who understood…. She was always part of the background – like the wall… but now I can't help but see her – to think about her. She stands out, now, everywhere." Hinata's heart beat strong and deep. It doesn't really tell you how he is as a debater, but it does show you where his standing was after the Pain arc.

I read some of the guy's commentary, and he gives off the impression of a philosopher, with all his critique of the "trajectory" in which Kishimoto is taking the Fourth Ninja War, with "unnecessary nuances" that exist to "fluff up the story," and the lack of tactics and innovation within the series in its current state. Even his diction is intimidating.

I'm really making a mountain out of a molehill....

Naruto has admitted his feelings for Sakura. Naruto has not admitted romantic feelings for Hinata. Naruto has not stated that his feelings have changed. He can spew out philosophy and speculation all he wants but those are the facts.

Tell him that NaruSaku is canon and that he should go outside instead of writing essays on fictional couples, then run away from the thread as fast as you can.

But seriously, if someone writes six pages in a debate, there's no point in even trying. Not in the sense that they're better/more right, it's just useless arguing with someone who cares that much about something so trivial.

This guy even took my "Parallels" LAP, with which I managed on three separate occasions to get the other side to concede, and completely dismantled it.
And only now do I realize how half-assed most of my arguments were when I read his responses to them.

Death god seal was also believed to be created by Minato.
Explain to me how a technique called Hirashin used by 2 people known to use space time jutsu , have the exact same name, and both put in the same level by Minato have no relation at all ? You're basically saying it would be perfectly fine for chidori to be called rasengan but it doesn't make sense, names have a meaning. Do you have any other examples of 2 others techniques sharing the exact same name but still completely unrelated ? Because as far as I am concerned that's a first in this manga and in a lot of mangas.
As for your point about the mizu it doesn't mean a lot when a lot of statements have been contradicted by further developments in the manga, it's just a statement made by one character at one point, it's not necessarily god's words otherwise Sarutobi is the god of shinobi ( stated by Iruka), only an Uchiha can defeat an Uchiha, Kyuubi is a natural disaster.... there are a lot of statements like that in the manga but there are nothing more than hyperboles.
One last point nothing really says Tobirama created maybe he simply learned it, maybe his use was rudimentary and it was nothing more than a support move we know nothing about that. And where exactly is it stated Minato created the jutsu ? He is the one who used it and gave it such hype but nothing about him creating the jutsu from scratch, it doesn't take away Minato's achievement anyway or his genius status otherwise all characters simply copied ridukou sennin since he's the one who created ninjutsu.

To be honest it's getting tedious, if you can't aknowledge at least the possibility the 2 are related then it's useless to debate about it any longer belive what you want and we are derailing the thread anyway I am not sure people are enjoying this debate in a thread which purpose has nothing to do with what we are discussing.

It was established before Hiruzan used the Death Reaper Seal that Jiraiya had knowledge and could preform Fuinjutsu, so the possibility that it was taught to Minato was there since it's introduction.

Also most jutsu's name is descriptive about what the technique looks like, example Rasengan mean Spiraling Sphere, both techniques names could very well just refer to the speed at which they are preformed, also Hirashin can also mean Lighting Rod, and is much more descriptive of how Minato uses it in conjunction with his special kunai which act like lighting rods.

Also while it may not have been stated that Minato created the jutsu it has been stated that Tobirama did either, I just find it hard to believe that Minato could know how to use a jutsu that was created by someone who died before he was born without anyone shown to have even rudimentary knowledge of it, what was Minato just hanging around the Hokage Residence and Hiruzan shows up and says "Hay Minato here's a scroll Tobirama gave me about his Hirashin, I can't make heads or tails of it maybe you can".

Also I do acknowledge that the two techniques could be related it's just that given the evidence we have seen I'm gonna be skeptical and say that the the chances are small until we are given more information or I am outright proven wrong.

Don't forget to use Kishi's interview. What he might try to do with these panels is say that the confession was Naruto getting over his crush on Sakura. And six pages seriously? Does this guy have a life outside of anime pairings?
