That scarf creeps me the kitten out to be honest :twitch:1. Guessing because Naruto didn't actually understand the kind of love she meant the first time(even though I'm positive he got the picture in the manga, but kitten it :zaru:)
2. When the genjutsu started, it showed Naruto back in the academy. Then it went to the Chunin Exams. Then to the Pein battle. No explanation on why exactly he was dreaming about her.
3.During the genjutsu, Hinata starts drifting closer to Naruto. The scarf then just begins wrapping itself around the both of them.
4. Kurama doesn't speak or is shown at all until the final battle. The weird thing about it is that both him and Naruto are separated from each other fighting. There not battling as one entity. No explanation on that either.

I'm confused. So Naruto is not his Jinchuriki anymore or they just erased Naruto's bond with Kurama as well?

Basically, it's this. Naruto goes into Nine-Tailed Chakra Mode. While the actual Naruto is fighting Toneri, Kurama is fighting this giant statue. Kurama doesn't speak or appear until the final fight.
