Well, I do prefer Sasuke to leave with his team, knowing they are around, and he will probably ready himself for the main goal. Actually, whatever Kaguya is planning, that can cause part 3. We'll see.

Sakura learn ssm + genjutsu and perhaps elemental ninjutsu.

Well if this is really canon, that mean naruto vs sasuke would be postpone.
And NS too

On the contrary we might have NS becoming canon before the movie comes out, assuming that mysterious housewife really is the queen.

I just cant picturing it being any other female character we've seen.

So you don't think they will master it, yet there will be a training arc? If you say there will be a training arc, wouldn't that be the best opportunity for mastery over their powers? But I don't they will go through any training. There will be a little bit of resting then the fight will happen.

In each arc, with the exception of part 1 naru vs sasu & save garra arc, training session always happen. But only naruto who got to show it on panel.
If part 2 end this year, that mean no training session because naru vs sasu getting postpone or skip.

Naruto may not even have full mastery of his powers now and look how he's fairing against Kaguya. I doubt there will be another fight between the two. And this is all based on the guess of a part 3? I'm not buying it.

Kishi confirmed in the RTN interview that NvS is coming unless he changed his mind for it not to happen and for Sasuke not to get TNJ'd for the sake of a movie finale.
