Yeah, but they're allowed to have opinions of their own? Who cares what that guy says. It's not like he controls the manga.

I don't think you get my point. Yes, Kishi's assistant can have his own opinion, but you have to look logically at it too. If he's aware of the ending and therefore the end pairings, he probably wouldn't imply things like Naruto not chasing Sakura if the ending is positive for them. I'm not saying this confirms anything, but its not something to take so lightly either.

Well, I hope everyone is strong will to stay positive. Really, we all should stay true to ourselves and that is focus on the manga. Stop following. Follow yourself. Not talking directly at you, just everyone. It's why I have never see the dark side as some would say. But I would say sorry for a bit rude answer in my first post, but really, stop listening or following, trust yourself.

Even if you said you're not directly talking to me, I feel like I have to answer this: 

Give up on NS doesn't equal to being under pression, depressed, following NH/SS imagination or anyhting of that sort. I'm just preparing my mind to seeing the worst that could now, very well happen. That's all. I'm really fine, calmer than I would have been some months ago. If NH happen in the movie, I won't be surprised and angry since I'm already making my mind about it. If NS happen, then the pleasant surprise will be even greater for me. There is really nothing wrong about being open to a possible NH ending at this point, especially given that it's the impression the promotion want to give (rather it's false advertisement or not). It's just taking the advertisement you're given as they are presented, without thinking too much about it.

You guys are way too negative.

There is a difference between being aware that Kishi could decide at the last minute to gave in to fan pressure and abandon NS (which he has shown no sign of so far) and latching to whatever shaddy stuff to claim NS is doomed.

Also putting more faith in NH theories than in the actual manga...

I actually haven't mentioned anything about the NH cover on these forums. I'm far more concerned about the manga than fanservice from a movie.

If Kishi doesnt at least give a minor hint to pairings in the manga then we have a reason to be slightly worried.I mean Hokage Naruto in the manga is mostly a surety so why not at least a hint for pairings?

It's a lack of faith in Kishimoto's writing that's causing most of this negativity. It's not like most people don't know NaruSaku is logical, but they're worried Kishi changed his mind about pairings and decided to make NH canon. 693 and the announcement the manga's ending made it worse so the teasing is blowing it out of proportion even more.

NH being the endgame then reread the whole manga again, only to realize (again and again) that the rival ship had been way more developed, moments all over the place, outnumbering it.

I was about to go bed, until something dawned on me...

 

So it is confirmed that Sasuke is a wanderer, right? So he doesn't really live in Konoho anymore, right? Sakura still lives in Konoho...

Soooooooo, unless they have some sort weird long distance relationship, I doubt they are together by the movie.

So there you have it, SS doesn't seem likely now.
