Hey how is everyone doing ? it has been so long since I came but I have lost all interest over Naruto and manga in general and I really needed to take a rest from the toxic Naruto fandom. I suppose I missed a lot of nonsense.

  Well, yeah if you ignore the unintentional jab at NH, it's still a sh*tty interview. I'm not going to blame Junko tho. She's only a voice actor with no power. She was probably forced to say things like "Sakura is good friends with Hinata".

How much power does Junko have anyways? She the voice actress for the main character. But how much influence does that give her?

 

You know the feeling I get from the way they were talking is that. They often talk about their characters with each other. How they interact with each other and how they may get together. Could be that during their second meeting with Kishimoto they were joking about how SS could happened and he joked back that he may make them one of the final couples or something. Years later they have to use it to explain he always wanted ss.

Question do they know how big a flop The Last was in the States (as well as everywhere else it's been shown)? If not then (if you're not joking) we can use this for some fun.

 

First Miss/Mister theunburnt makes another post on their blog showing how poorly the last has done internationally using:

 box office mojo's numbers showing the money it has made internationally

 articles that shows what countries shown in and how long they it was shown also the ones that backed out of it that we know of (examples Australia 1 day 15 theaters, Philippines (i think) pulling back it  showing till April of 2016)

 Show the image of the screenings that Eleven Arts has for The Last in the States (it still on last time i checked...yep still on). 

 Huh? They updated it in the box office so now it's after 5 weeks in the States at $524,451. Point out that SP hoped that it would make 4 million everyone thought it would make at least a million.

 Point out that The US is know to have the largest amount of nH supporters, and the most don't financially support the series

 Bring up that the only country left that going to be showing it this year(that we know of) is France

 some people post about how they didn't like the movie or won't see it for various reason

Second then have the unburnt post it on tumbler and ramen put links to it on 2 chan. So the Japanese fanbase learn how big a flop it is and the nH/ss fan froth in rage in anonymous posts. it would be funny to me at least.

It makes even the non-pairing people wonder why they have to bring up NS every damn time. Retcons after retcons.

Simple, because it is obvious to everyone that this was a last minute ass pull retcon of an ending and the intended ending was always NS. So because it is obvious to everyone they have to spend every movie, anime episode, interview, ad, game, book, and so on explaining why NS didn't happen, and why nH/ss did. And also why it is a good thing that NS didn't happen and nH/ss did. The problem is that this become annoying and pathetic really quickly.

What you said could be possible. They might have been told a joke but they say it as if it truly happened in the interview. Technically, they're not lying but it's not completely true either. It's a possibility

If only we had the passion to do that...which we don't. Coz that's too troublesome theunburnt is a girl btw.

It's pathetic because even the non-pairing fans are starting to realize they're doing everything to erase NS but it's backfiring.

Wait they said that SS was planned early on even tough it contradicts earlier itws and I would argue the manga itself, so there is only 2 possibilities :
-damage control
or
-Kishi is even worse than previously tought which is quite an admirable feat.
I think both are partially true Kishi is really an awful writer and most of the manga was never planned and the few parts that were could be retconned depending on popularity.

Truth be told I don't know who are more crazy : the Naruto fandom or those behind the Naruto franchise, tough call.

nah it doesnt contradict it. They said Kishi told them very early on (when they first started part 1 anime. Like in 2002ish) that SS would end up together. Then they thought maybe plans could change and were anxious to see if Kishi changed his mind.

Junko says Naruto didnt have romance with Hinata until the movie.

Yeah, still calling BS on that SS was decided early, that's a kittening lie. It contradicts Kishi's interview where he said he flip flopped between Sakura and Hinata for Naruto, it contradicts when he said that he had no idea how they ended up together, it contradicts when he said that he wasn't devoted to them or NH, there's no way those words would come out of Junko's mouth; or she would have had no reason to ship NS if that was true, Kishi wouldn't have told them anyway since it was the beginning of the anime, and not only that, he spent zero time developing them. That interview is bull, just like all the rest of the crap they try to push.

Good old Ramen still here ! I read it and nothing can really surprise me anymore from the Naruto crew but I gotta say I have never seen so much itws and justification to explain an ending when it should be self explanatory especially when you have 700 chapters and 15 years of manga behind it.
I could go on but I just don't care, it's just bad and that's it no matter what was the original plan.

Could be they are used to talking bad about nH and joking around which one of Naruto-Sasuke-Sakura pairings are going to happen.Junko preferring NS, Sasuke's va preferring SS, and Chie switching between the two. That the fact that there characters are entirely destroyed, ruined, and made insignificant by Hinata annoys them.
