Perhaps, but this finger-poking and evil's implication that Sasuke and Sakura have hooked up by the time of the movie suggests that's no longer the case.

The only person Sasuke could remotely stand to "hook up" with is Naruto.

Lol people chill nothing confirms that is Sasuke all is vague as kitten , but logically it makes no sense for Sasuke to poke her forehead  , Sakura is not connected to Itachi nor Sasuke has soft spot for her he said it himself   if anyone has the most chance for a poke by Sasuke then its Naruto since he was compared to Itachi not Sakura  and Itachi is special to Sasuke  it would be OOC for him to share that moment with Sakura .   The only one who is relevant when it comes to Sakura's forehead is none other then Naruto .

I think 699 will contain while trying to decipher Evil's hints  : 

• Sasuke's apology towards Kakashi and Sakura 
• IT released 
• closure for SasuSaku
• Sasuke's resolve after-- er. repenting. I think it's likely that he wants to stay away for a while because you can't mend the broken bonds in just a snap of a finger, like hey it's what he is trying to do ever since, now that with the concession of losing to Naruto and re-establishing his rapport with T7  he has his reasons... and yeah he'll need space. 
• and omg what happens to neji, maybe someone took his body away without notice and be used for evil--like toneri perhaps see what i did there jk
• Well heck everyone wakes up of course and I feel like Naruto/T7 will get their heroes' welome or smth 
• The waterfalls will be changed into Sasuke and NAruto with the seal of reconcilation--  that faucet thingy had my head screwing

As for NS. I think it'll be addressed at 700, I'm still positive about this so yeah..

She is not "one of the translators". I.e, not a pirate. It's been explained in the first page: Evil is someone who either works for Shueisha, or knows someone who does. Either way, she sees the raws way earlier than possible than most other people.
