That's very in character for her you know. This is the girl who was happy with holding Naruto's hands next to Neji's corpse. This is the girl who left her teammates to defend themselves when she saw that Naruto was in danger(although he already had Sakura healing him)

Do you honestly think she will stop knitting Naruto's scarf just because her sister is kidnapped?

It's so sad that you're right. They are trying to make this side character more relevant, but she has no personality outside of Naruto-kun, so the have to copy and paste other characters personalities on her, while other dynamic characters are forced to regress and be her little cheerleaders.

Could it be that it's the moment when Naruto really knows how much Hinata likes him? Not saying that he'll reciprocate her feelings because of that tho. HECK NO.

Would you accept an alternate ending with NS in the anime?

No because they are going to ruin it. These guys don't have the ability to write a story.

I will only accept NS becoming canon if Kishi continues the manga as 701, showing that 700 was a genjutsu and tie all the loose ends AND not only focus on the pairings.

If they do that, then you know they f**cked up big time.

These guys didn't learn all these years from the small mistakes. Now when they'll finally learn the mistakes are too big even for recovery.

I hope they don't suddenly do an alternative ending with NS the moment they see how bad they f**cked up. I want this sh*tty movie and part three to keep NS out.

Admittedly, the selfish and petty side of myself would be overjoyed to hear Pierrot and Kishi rectifying their horrid mistake by providing an ending that can give the two characters with the most romanctic on-screen development the proper finale they deserve. But common sense dictates that they would only be creating this alternative ending for their own sakes, not for the sake of the narrative or the characters.

I would laugh if this happening:

- Movie fails, and it hit's hard on SP with how much they spend on animation (And I don't even sorry, because you think first before creating fanfic for only a small part of fandom)

- Shueshia ask of money they must already have from movie. But they failed to achive big nubers as it was with RtN. And anime rating fell low, and for part 3 SJ and Shueshia decide's to change ending. Remember: last volume of Naruto is out on February 4, 2015 , so it's plenty of time to change things. But with what we have here today - I barely thnik that people who'm this stupid - will find out a solution - that to achive money only need to change 2 chapters and proclaim one movie as non-canon.

exactly. He looks so down in that scene. It's like he's sad to see that she loves and put all her love in this scarf, but he knows he can't return her feelings ! he doesn't seem like someone in love at that moment !
