At least, that plot nullify the possibility of Hinata praying for Naruto coming back alive or whatever.
How many things is that now that NH fans predicted that has turned out to be wrong just in the past few days? I've lost count,lol.

Sakura being Naruto girlfriend is why I figured that.
Yes, it seems Hinata will be much more relevant than Sakura in this movie. I'm not surprised by that though,, I mean look at how they're hyping the kitten out of her?
If you had taken the teases for granted which you should, you wouldve expected that
just generally speaking here though.
I doubt that, maybe 5 extra mins more then RTN but thats it.

I'm with you. It makes sense with the 'new project' announcement as well. SP are gonna ruin the good name of this manga by creating new movies with bs plots involving irrelevant characters.

I definitely get that feeling. That countdown that's going to announce the "Huge Project" at the end of the Naruto manga might be a continuation of some sorts. A series of movies, a sequel to the manga. The Naruto franchise has to continue because that Sasuke spinoff manga just started and Kishi's (and especially Shueisha) not done milking this series just yet.

Let's see in just the past few days they said...
Hinata was the pregnant woman= Wrong
NH is canon they're on the CD cover and it's romantic= Wrong
Hinata is praying for Naruto= Wrong
Hinata is being hidden because they don't want to reveal her pregnancy= Wrong
The song is about romance= Wrong
I mean you would think by this point they would just shut up and wait and see how things play out.
