Sakura and Naruto being siblings?

 

 

If you see any siblings in real life that act like Naruto and Sakura, I'd REALLY question what was going on behind the scenes in all honesty

I think the anti-NS that say they have a sibling relationship have too much influence from occidental series and all. Because in Japan, when you consider someone as your brother or sister, you call him or her, "niisan" or "neesan", even if they are not your real brother or sister. And the worst, is that they should know it, Konohamaru does it with Naruto. Are Naruto and Sakura calling each other niisan or neechan? No, so they don't have a sibling relationship, expect on the anti-NS imaginary world. 

yeah I have to agree with that. so once again if you STILL don't think that the ending is going to be NS, your in denial.

The "They're siblings!" argument is only an argument I can understand to a certain extent. Naruto hell no, but Sakura on a surface level. I think this argument is more from Sakura's POV. Sakura manages Naruto and she always gets mad at him for being reckless or scolding him which is probably where they see the "big sister" thing for her. Tsunade acted similarly with Nawaki. But most evidence just shows it's more of a personality thing on Sakura's part than anything else. She's the type of character that can be a bit bossy, but only when she sees stupidity and insensitivity. Sakura's not just like with Naruto, she's like that with Sai, Lee, Ino, Kakashi etc.

 

It reminds me of the Anti-Kataang arguments during the ATLA shipping wars. Katara was the motherly and sisterly type figure towards the group, causing the fandom to automatically assume that meant she saw Aang as younger brother. I think Katara and Sakura are/were widely misinterpreted in their interactions with Aang and Naruto.

 

Other than Sakura's habit to correct Naruto, the sibling argument makes no sense whatsoever. Sakura shows clear signs she does not see Naruto as a brother. An older sister does not accept a date request (whether innocent or not) from a little brother and an older sister definitely does not flirt with him either ("Do I look more womanly?" is so damn obvious ). It's also proven Sakura has a physical attraction to him immediately after they reunited. Her thoughts/looks/blushes were being really clear with it in that chapter. And an older sister definitely doesn't hold their little brother in the manner she did after his fight with Pain. That was not a friendship hug.

 

If Sakura and Naruto are "sibling-like", then they're the weirdest kind of siblings I've ever seen.

 

I know I sure wouldn't ask my older brother if he thinks I look womanly. That would be just

I have written  "4/3 (which is a tuesday) the volume will be for sale". not the front cover. they have just said that the front cover will include Naruto + 3 people. it's just a little spoiler from WSJ

 

I doubt that Sakura will be on the cover. She is barely a main character on that volume. It's the volume about Obito and Naruto parallel.

Well, it should be something based on the while volume. Friendship and comrades is out, so this one could be Naruto and Obito. The other two, well it could be pastof themselves, Kakashi and Rin, Kakashi and Minato, or others. Naruto and Sasuke could be possible as well, if Kishi wants to put the design of Kuruma with armor. It could work by itself, but we'll see what the cover consists.

Well then my guess is Obito, Kakashi, and Sasuke. Maybe Madara and Minato. But ther'll only be three, and if the cover is about parallels I would guess the former.

Sakura and Rin are a part of this dynamic too, but it wasn't relevant in this volume. So no Sakura probably.

Naruto and Obito is a given, but I would say Rin would be the third person. Even though she didn't actually appear in the present of the story, Rin had a major role when it came to the flashbacks. Though we've still got some time left before the cover comes up.

I think Hinata may be a NS supporter in the future... Like her saying something encouraging to Naruto about Sakura or something.

For now, I say the 3 people are Obito, Minato and Sakura or Sasuke.

 

If it's a parallel cover, then I would say they are Obito, Kakashi and Sasuke, or Obito, Rin and Sakura. Though, Kakashi hasn't done much in these past few chapters. Just having few panels of him appearing and few panels of him landing an attack and saying a few words. Unless, the next chapters will have him more relevant.
