And how come, if from the beginning kishimoto planned SS he considered Sakura for Naruto at one point? AND if he had known they'd be together since at least ~2002 why doesn't he know how they got together?

Kishimoto has got to be the worst writer of all time if this is true. He didn't develop them toward this at all.
