You need byakugan to seal chakra point.
You need to see it.

Like I keep saying, being able to use the Byakugan to actually see the chakra points merely makes it the most effective way to use the Hyuga style at its maximum efficiency, but I'm sure more experienced medics would know where the chakra points are as well, but in order for the style to, again, be most effective, you need to use the Byakugan to see the points so you can consistently and precisely strike them while pushing your chakra into them in order to block it off, but otherwise, I'm sure if ones like Sakura, Tsunade, Kabuto, etc. were allowed to, and actually put in the time and effort to learn and train in the Hyuga style, they could potentially use it too, but they still wouldn't be as good as a Hyuga using the Byakugan.

It's not something completely shut off to everyone except Byakugan users though. Not like Haku and his ice mirrors, for example, where that literally is a move limited only to those with his kekkei genkai and can't be mimicked or copied.

I hope to god that Kishi means "this is the story I've always wanted to write about Naruto" when he says that in the description, because if the ending didn't corrupt Sasuke's character enough, having him want to "make sure the nature of Shinobi doesn't change" just makes it worse and makes me want to avoid the movie entirely...Another part of me wants to watch it just to see what kind of Stoy Kishimoto will make.  Meanwhile I will be pretending Boruto is Naruto and Sasuke is Jiraya because that/this is not the Sasuke I we know & love (if you do even like him at all).


Was once Sasuke's biggest fan.

And then chapter 699 happened.

He should have called Kakashi out on his hypocrisy,

instead he was left alone by Naruto...

Regular or Ultimate. Ultimate is better and far more graphic which I wish I could watch.

I'm not gonna lie, the trailer for this movie actually looks good much better than The Last and it does make me want to see it. The only thing I hate is seeing Boruto with gentle fist which really confirms NH is canon. SS is just a lost cause, Sasuke will never give damn about Sakura

i mean i thought the story was about Naruto and how people including us readers will grow to admire him and support him in his goals.. that aside or rather MORE THAN being a Hokage, he wanted the people he loves the most to acknowledge and be with him.

 

but nope. we got stuck with all this forced pairings.

like a bad case of fanfiction.. like what manga shoved each and every character to pair up and procreate.

i dunno but its worse than ecchi or harem mangas out there.

 

i mean i thought i was suppose to look forward to team 7 being together again or if they won't then i was hoping for a proper closure among them. but all i saw was that they were just back from the start. if not much worse.

 

Sasuke still don't care xcept for his husbando Naruto

Sakura is still the fangirl that she was

and Naruto oh deal god, Naruto... he was suppose to change the world and the people around him, but the world and people ended up changing him instead. what did he accomplish anyway?
