Nah, example:
Pay attention to the panels. Sasuke looks over and Sakura is no longer looking at him anymore.
She's not looking at him because they're talking about Naruto whose standing right there. Why would she look at Sasuke if he just told her it was Naruto she was grateful to Sasuke when she thought it was him, when she found out it was Naruto though she was thankful of him to. Hell she even doubted him despite the fact that she supposedly ad faith in him surpassing Gaara and Sasuke.

No, she was thanking Sasuke bc she figured that he helped to save her. But when Sasuke says that it was only Naruto who saved her she looks towards Naruto.

^ when did she have faith that he would surpass sasuke?
Chunnin Exam she encouraged him that if he doesn't keep his head in the game he'll never be able to surpass Sasuke and he won't be a man otherwise (a callback to what Naruto said to her about her fight with Ino)

The only thing that can make this right is if Sasuke put Naruto under a genjutsu last chapter and he's dreaming all of this nonsense.

When does she give Sasuke a smile like that? All he causes her is pain. That's not love. Eventually she will realize this (perhaps she already has.) And move on. This past chapter could be the set-up for that. Besides, you can't think of love in terms of an Olympic contest. Sakura hasn't even dated anyone yet. Anyone who says that Naruto is a silver medal is an idiot trying to feel better bc their pairing didn't happen.

Part 1 pre-retrieval arc
She said naruto was better for her and Sasuke was poison in teh LOI arc and the death attempts further proved that to her...didn't stop her from referring to Sasuke as the one she loves. Its kind of hard not to take NS as a silver medal when the heroine constantly acknowledges that one of the men is bad for her and she continues to pursue a relationship with him over the other guy.

Because she wants team seven back together.
Then why doesn't she learn from past encounters and take action? I thought she had matured? Why does she cry every time?

No. He's part of team seven and she wants him to be good again.
Then why does she keep crying and bringing up her feelings even if in the past? Hopeful denial? Sakura: I used to love you. Sasuke: I like you now. Sakura: I love you again.
No, she wants to be friends.
Then why is she not taking action? Her words have never reached him, why should it change now? Even Naruto who believes in Sasuke so much and is one who is master of the talk no jutsu has decided to take action instead of lecturing and reminiscing.

You know, Kakashi will probably take Sakura out of the genjutsu.
Then they'll have a heart to heart or something of that nature and that's most likely when we'll get her so called epiphany.
It'll be awful, no doubt, but it's the absolute best case scenario.

What I find interesting is Naruto's reaction. Sakura confessed to Sasuke right in front of him (which never happened before) and he wasn't even fazed by it. There might be some merit to the arguments that he's over her romantically.

When has she pursued a relationship? She tried to kill the guy and then admitted that she wanted team 7 to be together. Then we have 540 where she doesn't think of Sasuke as a great man. But she only admits to liking him, nothing else. In this last scene she tried to appeal to the bond that they shared as Team 7, not realizing that Sasuke has completely ignored throughout all of part 2. This stems back to her confession where Imo Sasuke severed the bond between himself and her. Naruto however protected that bond by scratching Sasuke's headband. Just look at all of Sasuke and Sakura's interactions in part 2, he completely ignores her.
The best explanation for why she refers to Sasuke and not Naruto besides horrible plot convenience writing is bc like in Databook 3 Sakura isn't sure how she feels about Naruto yet. Naruto completely rejected her and they never talked about her confession after the LOI arc. No wonder she's confused, he keeps sending her mixed signals like rejecting her and then calling her his girlfriend.
Sakura however has already established that she "Loves" (cough cough Bulls@#$$) Sasuke. That has always been clear. 675 showed that she may be getting over him but when the raw comes out we'll know for sure.
But here's the most important question concerning this second place thing: Did she fall in love with Naruto bc she couldn't get Sasuke or bc Naruto supported her through the toughest heartache of her life?

Not at all, but I have to admit it's weird. Kishimoto showed how the SS stuff pained him in the past, it's only natural he would show it here again.

I was joking of course.
I'd give the excuse that maybe Naruto has matured since then and is more focused on Sasuke pulling something. But That'd be giving Kishimoto too much credit. Plus he's always been a huge supporter of Sakura's happiness, and already believes in his heart that Sakura still loves Sasuke so much. So it probably wasn't a shocker. He said as much when she "confessed" to him.

The words used translates to like/love she turned down the fodder nin because she was interested in someone else....who had her by the throat a few days beforehand. She begs him to be with her by her side again in this chapter she regressed to who she used to be.
Except she is Kishi confirmed this himself saying she was honest with the confession and she confirms this by listing all the reasons why she fell for Naruto and why she should like Naruto. he didn't reject her either.
She's not getting over him and she never will the best case scenario right now is her loving Naruto more which appears to be tre rout Kishi is going.
Because Naruto supported her when she couldn't get Sasuke.

I really feel that something like this needed to happen for her feelings to be resolved. that expression she made gave me a sense of "enough" mixed with a pissed look and that speech was more or so her last effort. Naruto truly loves her and he didnt seem worried or hurt or sad like he seemed before in the day when sakura gave attention to sasgay, Hospital scene, right before POAL. I think what we re gonna get is gonna be alil out of no where but it will be worth it. just gotta understand that its a shonen battle manga first and everything else second especially romance, NaruSaku is still end game in my opionion and alot of fans are still just watching this just to see the canon pairing would. Kishi tends to make noise like this at least once a year. Though i must admit it did even catch me off guard. but i aint worried.
as a person that lived in japan all through out high school(diplomat parents) take it from me, romance is a indian, european and american territory.
for a culture thats all about keeping "face" and making sure they dont make too much noise. What they expect in the romantic notion and what we accept and expect are worlds apart. This already is alittle bit over the top for what they re used too. A small realization and with a chapter dedicated to it to resolve it all. All my buddies in japan no where this romantic sublot is going but it does add to the drama and overall up and down trolliness with that kishi tends to do. Makes readers go insane.
and on a last loving the "evil crazy sasuke" missed him. Even said thats just a fantasy.
we all have been talking about one last final push/resolving point and open prespective from both ends. We wont be seeing anymore ss(if you can call it that) type of interaction ever. just a single resolving point.
