That poster is tempting... especially since why hide Hinata or the kids. Meh, IDK

Yeah I really am not sure either. I mean it's still not looking great for us, but I want to have a tiny bit of hope for NS. We'll find out soon enough.

Wouldn't have been that big of a deal to sacrifice one irrelevant side character for the development of the main cast.


I meant that if they were so committed to showcasing hinata this much, and the production started like 2 years ago, they could have done so much in the manga to at least improve her character. I would have preferred a Team 7-centered movie with a kind of resolution for NS (for better or worse). Maybe a mission involving Naruto and co. that could have offered something definitely better than The Last in showing interactions with all friends in a more mature fashion.. I mean this doesn't feel like really the ending of a 15-yo series frakking Trollmoto.

We probably shouldn't turn this into a debate thread with other series' pairings, guys. :sweatdrop:


Yeah I ship Cloud/Tifa but I like Aerith and don't mind her with Cloud. I just like her with Zack better (who's also dead).
Anyway any of those pairings are still better than naruhuana and sasu-slit-your-throat-saku.

Wouldn't have been that big of a deal to sacrifice one irrelevant side character for the development of the main cast.

 

The manga did this for a decade then heel-faced-turned in the last 2 chapters and the movie. :/

Well I think he laughed after saying that, so maybe he was just kidding? Though if NH does happen then we'll know he wasn't and that'll make me lose every ounce of respect for him.

Which matters little if it's as poorly executed as it was. Breaking convention is fine, if done correctly. Not by giving out fake hints for another pairing just to make the other one "shocking".

What a loser character and horrible fanbase that she has. All this only makes me support Sakura more even though Kikitten has left her side...ESPECIALLY because Kikitten's left her side.
Hinata still sucks--she's barely in the manga and was only crowned "love interest" for one page. I hope those Hinata fans realize that when they read back on the manga.

Doesn't make much sense for him to say that and then still feel the need to be ambiguous with that "secret poster" and the NS poster coming out on when the movie is released. Not saying NS is going to happen for certain, but I'd like to have some hope left that Kishi hasn't gone completely insane.
