There's little time and space for her to focus on this kind of jutsu. I find it improbable. 
I think Naruto will receive help from the spiritual world or just stand up with his own strength.

The Reason Why I Say Its A Possibilty Is Cause Of Some Possible Hints And Connecting Some Of The Dots From The Chapter
1: In the Next Couple Chapters We Are Gonna Have Kakashi, Guy, Lee, Ten ten, Gaara, Sakura and Naruto All In One Place. And What Do They All Have In Common...........They Were All There When Chiyo's Technique Was Used On Gaara.
2: Guy And Kakashi May To Try Buy Time For Sakura To Do The Technique By Using One Of The Six Paths Relics To Seal Madara For A Time.
3: Sakura Wouldn't Need To Sacrifice Her Life If She Can Use A Greater Force Of Chakra/life Energy then Her Own.........Which They Do If They Can Capture Obito Who Has The Other Half Of The Nine Tails In Him Now!!!

Now For The spiritual Place I Do Agree To Some Extent But Not As A Power Up But More Like Some Advice On How To Defeat Madara Instead.

I just really don't see how Sakura would even be able to perform Chiyo's jutsu anyway, since, as other's have said it's not a medical jutsu, but a jutsu intended to bring puppets to life. I suppose there is a possibility that Sakura may have derived a technique of her own based on Chiyo's jutsu, which maybe does not have the risk of death to the user, but I'm not sure how likely that is. I'm sure others ways Naruto could be saved that would not require Sakura to sacrifice herself. Right now, Sakura is literally the only thing keeping Naruto's heart beating, and that may or may not be the extent of her contribution to saving him.

And Im Saying I Don't Want Her Sacrificed Either So That's Why I Went Back To Check Out The Technique Again And Do You Remember Chiyo Didn't Have Enough Chakra To Use The Technique But When Naruto Said He Was Willing To Give Some Of His Chakra To Her It Worked?? That's Why I Think If Sakura Can Find A Greater Source Of Chakra Then Her Own To Use Instead Then She Wouldn't Be Giving Up Her Life!! And Now With This Past Chapter, Obito Will Be The Most Possible Candidate For It To Work Cause He Now Possess The Other Chakra Of The Kyuubi!!! And remember What Yamato Said When He First Saw Naruto Go Chakra Mode? He Said That "The Chakra Has So Much "life Energy" That It's Effecting My Wood Style!!" It's Making For An Actual Possibilty To Be Used!!!

I just want this manga to end. I'm tired of seeing the excuses other fanbases whine about. When NH gets a moment, we as NS supporters just take the hit and hope for another NS moment in the future. But when NS gets a moment, Sakura's Naruto's team mate, it's brother and sister love, etc. I'm sick and tired of it. When the manga ends I won't have a reason to look up anything Naruto related..

 

I have a simple solution: Dont' go read other pairing foruns

If that's the case, then why would you make that post? I've seen stuff like that on this thread a thousand times where somebody just posts an obviously stupid argument just confirm that other people think it's stupid. Explain to me how your post is any different.

I don't get why Sakura would risk her life now. Maybe in the past, but they're with Minato now. He has the other half of the 9-tails, so it'd be kind of pointless now wouldn't it?

Omfg Look: NaruSaku is double the votes for NaruHina in the 2010 Japanese fandom, and personally, I don't have anything against SasuSaku, but it's almost impossible right now, I wouldn't mind thaaaaaat much if it happened though, but I'd like NS more. (LOL kakasaku is above naruhina)

I don't mean to brag but I find it ironic yet sad that if fans claimed that Hinata just need to show herself to make Minato know that she's the one, well she really lost that shot here. This is not about bashing the fans, this is about the idea of that happening got taken away and pretty much lost what's perhaps the final opportunity to turn table.

When you really think about it, it was the best chance. You have an emergency for Naruto to get saved or he will die, and Hinata was running to his location, but in an odd karma effect, she was far and exhausted to couldn't run further. We later found out that they were going to Minato's location, so this told us that Hinata did have a chance, but now that's gone. To make matter worse, 663 happens. Not just the CPR, but the strong support to Naruto's dreams, which is the most important of a couple. That would have been the greatest opportunity to establish Hinata as more than his nindo follower.

So yeah, now she's missing all the action/relevance to the protagonist. I mean couldn't you imagine Hinata doing what Sakura is doing while Sakura doing what Karin is doing. That would have been something else.

It's official, I gave up about debating with the opposite fandom.

I can't it anymore. If I continue, I will become arrogant and mean, so I prefer to give up and concentrate on the manga so I can admire NS without hearing stupid stuff like "it's forced, it's kitten, and it doesn't have any logic."

 

All my arguments are seen as minor importance :

 

- Yamato's speech

- Sakura's unknown feelings for Naruto

- The fact that her speech about that idiot dream was put in the love section in the Kizuna book

- Databook, RTN and other stuff are canon

- Naruto's love for Sakura

- Parallel between MK and NS

Well there is one thing that keeps bugging me paring related , does the Hinata praying to Neji is some kind of foreshadowing given the state Naruto is now that he will appear to him and help him , or was it just to show us that Hinata gave up on Naruto's will to live and the only thing she could do is pray to Neji ?  If the first happens then Oh GOD i can imagine the amount of fans that will pin Naruto's saving to Hinata's prayer and brush of everything everyone did for him , even though i give 1% of this happening (cus in 663/664 it was foreshadowed that Sakura and Minato will have that role ) i can't keep but wonder what would exactly Neji appearing to Naruto would accomplish since he already got his resolution with Naruto ? That's why the latter makes more sense to me than Neji actually appearing to him and saving him just because of Hinata's prayer it wouldn't make any sense to bring something NH related since he would have done that when he died , instead he compared Hinata to every solider,friend who was willing to sacrifice for Naruto's sake because of his importance and his believes/nindo . So if you guys have any thoughts on this please share .

I think Team Gai role is more to do with the fact that characters in the Gaara arc are coming out for this moment since they had a role in that arc and the current events are similar, though this time it's Naruto's life on the line.
