1 - If Naruto called him to fight alongside it was kinda obvious that they would fight alongside if he told that to stop fighting with him why he accepted Naruto's request to fight alongside?
Naruto didnt even used his jutsus along with Sasuke's, or targeting the same targets.
It doesnt fit in.
Fighting alongside =/= fighting next to. If your ally/ teammate is too close, you're more likely to hit them, and this essentially limits your own ability to attack. He did use his jutsus the same instance Sasuke used his, and they were both attacking similar targets. Plus, Sasuke always makes arrogant remarks like that, did you expect him to say, "we need to work as a team?"
If you look back at chapter 631, he didn't actually accept Naruto's request (and Naruto didn't request him to fight either).
2 - The second, she saying yes would not her agreeing with Sasuke being hokage? with also doenst fit in because the next sentence was nothing to do with supporting Sasuke or whatever.
3 - IF we assume that she was only telling Naruto to not be nitpicky why say "Yes" on the begining of the sentence if this "yes" has nothing to do with that.
I have the uneasy feeling of confusion and something that really doesnt fit in, i cant understand this it's just even if i accept the next sentence tells the contrary all the times.
She was agreeing with Sasuke because he was dismissive to Naruto. They're supposed to be fighting, but when Naruto brings up the fact that he's so close, Sasuke tells him to pipe down and get out of the way, and Sakura wanted him to stop making mountains out of molehills.
The only way to make it at least understandable is to go on pairing shipper mode.
Saying that she agree with Sasuke that Naruto doesnt need to worry about those things, basically doesnt need to rush in to save her first because it's insignificant(which implies that she already chose Naruto) and he doesnt need to nitpicky about that and if he does that again she will take his spot as hokage, like she knowing that he likes her and she's just trolling him.
She's telling him he was being nitpicky about something she didn't think was significant.
