Maybe you're right and that's the case, but there's a lot of things that come off as "a shock". They know what's going on since they're working on this movie, so I don't think it had to do with NH if it's an NH movie....

Nothing shocking in the spoilers other than the kiss. Even the way Toneri is defeated is laughably predictable.

 

If they wanted to have no doubts of NH being canon then it would have been as simple as putting a family picture on Naruto's desk in chapter 700, and be done with it.

Putting whiskers on the kids was pretty much Kikitten's own way of doing that (with a continuity error, how appropriate).

??? You are basing that "shocking" ending in Junko's words when she said she was shocked about the ending of Naruto. It could be easily because she was doing the movie since 2 years ago, when we didn't know Naruto was going to end up with Hinata, so it was obviously shocking for her.

 

The movie is supossed to explain chapter 700 or something like that. So, yeah, it need to show Naruto marrying someone and his kids, his life after Toneri's deal, etc.

Baring a shocking turn of events that's what I'm guessing will happen as well sadly.

I think some of those spoilers have to be fake, since all people saw was a 30 minute screening and I don't think they would have shown Toneri being defeated in the preview. Also, it just seems weird to me that they don't show NH or SS interact at all in the last chapter, but I'm not going to say you're wrong. We'll find out when the movie comes.

Multiple people claimed to have seen the whole thing. And we know there was that one guy who actually had the DVD of the movie with him, and called it 'too mushy'.

I'm not sure if it was true, but they probably dubbed the movie in middle of this year. It's nothing to be shocked about when the movie started being promoted around September. Logicaly thinking didn't help us to win this war, since Kishimoto isn't logical in first place, so...holding our hopes in that we'll get a logical ending doesn't really give us a chance. What could help us thinking the otherwise could be, indeed, Junko's words, by example, but... what she said it doesn't ONLY points to one possible solution.

It's surprising because it's a shonen battle manga. Naruto focus on ga I mean brotherly love between two man. But it look like brokeback mountain.

So a kiss between a " not a hero just title character" and the true heroine is kind of big deal. Even tought it doesn't done in manga, but movie.

True that a movie isn't done linearly however, this was a promotional interview. You're talking as one of the audience members. You say that the movie has a "shocking ending", audiences are going to expect a "shocking ending". But you're right, there's multiple ways to interpret this and we'll only find out for sure upon release.

People need to remember that these people are probably given a script of what is "ok to say to the press" and if they deviate from it then they are in breach of contract and their paychecks don't get signed.

I would take what they say with a grain of salt.

Whenever Naruto is shown in his regular orange outfit, 'Light Naruto' if you will, that's the real Naruto.  Which is why he was sitting next to Sakura in orange while eating ramen, and got uncomfortable around the fangirls.

 

I bet the pointed look that he and Sakura shared was when Hinata said, "Nevermind, I'm sorry to bother you" once the fangirls attacked.

It's not the same thing? She directly said that she was shocked about the ending of the movie. How can you interpret that another way? She's Naruto's voice actor. Naruto is the main character (or so we thought) in this movie. If this movie truly is all about Naruhina, they are going to be developed throughout the movie. There's absolutely no shock if it turns out to be Naruhina at the end. Why? Because the entire movie will build it up. That's like looking at someone who's far ahead in a race and being surprised at them winning at the end. It makes no sense because over the course of the movie, it'll be clear where the story is headed when it comes to the end game pairing. What's the shock? Moonlight kissu?  

 

We'll see in 2 days. It could be that they're given a script of what to say or some kitten like that and you turn out to be right. I just wish that all this bullsh** is over so we can give all this a rest.. I hate this movie to the very core.

It's the same thing because my argument is based in Junko knowing the end of Naruto before us and in both scenarios she is, so it chances nothing for me. Knowing 2 years ago, knowing in September.

Uhm? So, you are saying that there is no other way of "interpreting" her words. I'll tell you then. Considering she knew the ending before us, then she saw all that NH, right? Then she knew it was going to be NH oriented, but...what abot the kids? what about NH? what about the rest of the couples? Tell me all those wasn't shocking at all.And, in first place, why are you sure she's refering to a shocking paring relted ending at all?

Even then, you are assuming she's astute enough to carefully say the words "when i saw the end of the movie" to point there is something else behind everything. That she did it in a sneaky way because it's ambiguous in first place. The ending is the solution of the movie. The ending it's the summary of the movie. It's sound more natural to say "I was shocked at the ending/when i saw the ending" to refer to all the movie than "I was shocked with the movie" because that sounds kind of rude. She could have easily say "I was shocked with the ending" or "the ending shocked me". That's very specific and straight to the point if she had intentions to give us hope or wanting us to expect more.

Also, didn't Toneri's VA said that Naruto and Hinata got together because of him? They are not Kishimoto. They are not ambigous in purpose. Why are we expecting they are right now? 

I don't think there are "too much" possibilities for NS. But if there are, I'm not basing my thoughts on this interview. The "secret" poster and NS poster coming out December 6 are way more intriguing and helpful than this.

So, I'm waiting two more days.

I'm on board with this. It just makes sense considering his random, rampant anger, sudden need for Hinata, and disregard for the last 10 years of his life..

Not to mention the different coloured Rasangans.

Good point. The NS poster combined with the "secret poster" also gives me a lot of hope for NS too.

JIf the secret pic was released today, it means its Sakura, but if it was released before chap 700, it means its Hinata but they didn't want to spoil who will Naruto end up with.
