well... "officialy" NH isn't canon yet. and those spoilers (moonlight kiss especially) are supposed to be some leak picture taken with a smarphone during a private preview. So, for me it's just an open secret.

Yes, I saw them! They were HILARIOUS!! They were pretty much what Kishi has said in his interviews but more exaggerated to point out how fail his comments are! There were also other comments on the fake interviews showing what he could say in the future to defend his story and it sounded just like something he would say...INGENIOUS!

Indeed, the marketing for the movie is something like "will Hinata's feelings reach Naruto?", so it makes sense to keep a NH picture a "secret", even though it's no secret to anybody. They're just keeping face.
