They technically did back in Part 1. It was a sombre occurrence and they really weren't focused on each other, but it happened nonetheless.

Not very surprizing, as it's implied, (but you have to look underneath the underneath and be a side characters fans such as myself to notice it), that Hiashi is training Hanabi to take his place. Even if Hinata improved enough, it would be a kitten move of him to discard the little girl.

And it would end up with one more cycle of hatred.

What do you feel about this new music cover?

 

Probably nothing but the level of teasing Hinata / NaruHina is getting is really disappointing tbh. I would understand if her character was just as important as in the manga but she isn't and is still getting more exposure than she deserves.

 

There are two things to consider. One that NaruHina for whatever reason ends up canon in a movie despite NaruSaku getting the main focus in the manga, which would ruin the entire story for me and Kishimoto as a writer. On the other hand this could also be SP simply teasing to rile up the Hinata base but in the end Kishimoto still goes with NaruSaku in the end. Hinata has a central focus but it doesn't necessarily mean she'll be the main heroine and pair up with Naruto.

now do you understand why I consider NH the biggest threat of the movie for us? SS can become canon if only Naruto falls in love with Hinata (lol). So if there will be NH, then also SS will be. That's why I don't have faith in Kishimoto. I am not giving up, I am just much cautious abou it. It's obvious that Hinata will have a big role in this movie, just sad that she will be a pairing fodder, whether she will be the love interest or not. But Hinata as main heorine of the story just flips me out.

 

I'm with you on this one. I do have faith in our ship but it doesnt hurt to be careful espesially with all this shi.. err tease being thrown in our faces. as much as we dont like it, we dont have to be in denial of all the stuff thats been going out. unfortunately.
