I'm not certain how RAWs can be released this early in the week and tbh I really hope this is fake. Not just for NaruSaku but for Sakura's character. She cried and begged Sasuke and it was disgusting and degrading. She deserves better and that's something Kishi should understand. =/

 

see this is what ticks me off the most. 

 

She should be past begging Sasuke...she should know better.

 

She cries and pleads for Sasuke like she did when she was a little kid and it's horrible.

 

I think we all wanted to see Sakura be mature and confident in the situation. Stand by Naruto and support him, but all she did was beg to a guy that has never liked her as a kid and has disrespected her as a young adult.

 

it's so disgraceful....there is no excuse for her not to get the message at this point in the manga.

I believe the whole point Kishi's trying to get across is that Sakura will always love Sasuke but she'll end up with Naruto. 

 

Sure he'll have her save Naruto instead of Sasuke to make it seem like he isn't second choice but at this point there's no denying that Naruto is a silver medal and Sasuke is the kittening golden chalice that can't be touched. 

Idk, its a step back from her character. But if she eventually comes to the conclusion that her love for Sasuke was a false love or an obsession than I would consider her redeemed. I still wouldn't forgive kishimoto though. He's as dense as Naruto.

Um. You do realize that people realize their mistakes, even after many, right? That the person they loved wasn't all they were cracked up to be and that although you once held them on a pedestal they deserved to be in the dirt underneath it? --- Then, you realize the person who was there all along was the one.

Sakura acknowledged that Sasuke was bad news and that a relationship would only be bad.....didn't stop her from wanting to be with him twice after all this 540 and now 693

It also makes more sense for Sakura's confession to be honest back in LOI instead of Kishi's sh*tty roundabout way of doing this

 

-Sakura loves Naruto instead of Sasuke

-Naruto says she's lying

-Sakura says she isn't lying

-Sai reveals the truth behind her lie

-Kishi says she was honest

-Sakura refers to Sasuke as someone she loves

-Sakura refers to Sasuke as someone she used to love (anime)

-Kakashi refers to Sasuke as someone Sakura used to love

-Sakura and Kakashi say that she's in love with Sasuke to a painful degree

 

Kishi's going to give us a conclusion I guarantee not only will it not answer any questions but it will raise so many others because he insisted on confusing his readers rather than you know....entertaining them...

It's incomplete but I'll give my opinion.

Point is, in japanese Sakura was not using the past tense.
I found this, so I might as well give it tou you guys.

Poor Sakura she sounds so selfish, self centered and pathetic I don't know why Kishi does that to her, she can love Sasuke but not at the price of her self esteem and dignity. If that’s the real dialog I want to know if Sakura will finally evolve once and for all or if it was as usual the same meaningless humiliation with no follow up, of course with Kishi's track record I lean towards the latter.

You missed my point entirely, yes it does make sense, tell me, how is he gonna know how sakura feels when he hasn't actually been around her for 3 years? Therefore it doesn't matter if she said past tense, he could still say present tense and think she still loves him because he doesn't know how she feels because he no longer actually KNOWS her.

 

If the point of her using past tense is to mean she used to love him, then yes, yes he would know. Because she just said it. You're going under this assumption that Sasuke is just dumb and wasn't listening to what she just said, which is kind of a stretch. They messed up other things, as I mentioned before. Sakura has never been there before, so she wouldn't say "all I could do here". It doesn't make sense in English. The raws will come out soon enough, and we'll see. But until then I'll go by what I'm seeing/the translators here are saying.

I mean Kishi prefers to contradict himself to confuse the readers as oppose to actually focusing on making it interesting. His brother was smart enough not to go down this path.

Does it? What if she says that the reason she fell for Sasuke is because like him she too wanted Acknowledgement? Or what if she realizes that it was an obsession and that Naruto has always shown her true love?

 

Besides, this is assuming that she does actually mean love in the present tense. We've seen in 675 and even in the anime that she has said that she used to love him. And in RTN written by Kishimoto she was still hurt by Sasuke. My guess is that Kishi will have her admit that she never really understood real love and acceptance until Naruto. It won't be perfectly written but it will be done.

How are people mad at Naruto? I feel so bad for him. After everything he's done for Sakura: how many times did he save her life? Too many to count. Got purposely beaten to a pulp to spare her pain, and others on top of others and still, Sakura loves Sasuke over him. This is a really bad message that Kishi's portraying, especially for a shonen manga. In essence, he's telling his audience that nice guys always finish last. But again, I'll say that I'm not angry at Sakura, but more towards Kishi. I honestly feel that if Sakura were a real person, she would've gotten over Sasuke years ago and that it's Kishi himself that's holding her back because of the way he's deciding to write her.

OK Here's the thing. Through the entire part 2 of this so called story, because a good chunk of part 2 was decent the rest of it it's crap. Naruto has not shown any interest in Sakura, it's always Sakura showing interest in him. He always hides his feelings behind his promise or behind Sasuke.

He never shows initiative. He never gives Sakura any hints that he likes her. For example the moment in the hospital, I guarantee you without a shadow of a doubt that if Naruto would've taken advantage of that situation and kiss her, she would not back out, actually she wouldn't mind.

You remember when Sai told Sakura that Naruto loves her? You remember how shocked she was when she found that?

The reason is simple Naruto never showed interest in her, in that way. He always goes "Sasuke, Sasuke, Sasuke, Sasuke, Sasuke, Sasuke. + ∞" 

 

Moving on to whenever Sasuke and Sakura have a "moment", Naruto acts like a child and Sasuke and Sakura are the parents when their fighting. He always (part 2) takes Sasuke's side or makes some stupid comment like "Yeah Team Work. Team 7 Rules". And then acts like nothing major happened. Oh Sasuke was going to kill Sakura, nah Sakura is part of team 7. We love each other and all that bs.

 

How about this instead of taking Sasuke's side. He takes Sakura's side. You know showing her that he actually does care about her. You know signs of love.

By doing what he's doing now, he'll never be with Sakura. And to be honest I'm glad. You know why, because even with Kishi's amazing writing skills when it comes to females, Sakura is an amazing girl and I hate to say because it's basically a NH argument. She deserves better.

Naruto is not good enough for her.

You did not answer a single point from my post. Again, you look at  this from Sakura's pov and not Naruto's. 

 

You talk about the hospital scene and want Naruto to 'take advantage' and kiss Sakura. Is that what you can rationally expect from a person like Naruto? 'To take advantage of a girl' ? Naruto isn't gonna do anything until he's sure that Sakura has gotten over Sasuke and loves him. 

 

You talk about Naruto not taking initiative. How can he when he believes, for a good reason, that Sakura is still in love with Sasuke?

He sees this girl always crying and losing herself completely whenever Sasuke is around. Even after all the crap that Sasuke has done to her, she still hasn't moved on.

 

Sakura continues to let Sasuke affect her and she continues to send mixed signals on whom she truly loves.

You say the hug and feeding scene, I'll point you to the Kage arc where it became clear to Naruto that she hasn't gotten over Sasuke. I point you to the War arc where Naruto has seen her still caring about Sasuke and his opinions on her. And now this chapter where she says words that are unclear and confusing. What is clear is that she's not completely over Sasuke yet.

 

How can you expect Naruto to make a move when she's not even resolved this issue she has with Sasuke? 

 

As far as that last sentence of your post is concerned, well.... I'm lost for words.

Naruto, the guy who has supported her , cared for her and tried his utmost to always make her smile,  is not good enough for her?  

 

This is the problem with some of the posts here. Knee jerk and reactionary. Forget everything that has happened in the story so far and only consider what happened in this chapter as the absolute fact. This always happens!

 

Kishimoto is an atrocious writer who doesn't know what he's doing. He is the worst writer ever and yet we come here to read his every chapter and then proceed to bash him.

Kakashi is a disgusting character who doesn't deserve any respect.

Naruto is an idiot who is the worst main character ever.

The plot of the manga is terrible, the new sketches of the characters are terrible, the entire story is just a big joke.

 

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I see comments saying Naruto is not good enough for Sakura. Good Lord.
