Frankly, I think by this point I would be more content with a movie dedicated to Sasuke's shenanigans with his old team Taka. The idea was originally just a personal desire of Kishi's. But in hindsight, a movie without the Hyuga, the So6P's family, a dramatic 180 degree turn of this manga's content, and, most importantly, Hinata, sounds like a paradise right about now.

 

Kishi doesn't care about Taka. If he made a movie about Sasuke, it would either be with him alone or with Team 7.

 

 

It's his story, he should have told them to F*** off, (I think i've used the F words more times todays than I have for years, I hardly ever swear, usually the worst I do is Bloody hell, and Freaking.) Oda has written two movies himself non of them were romance because it was his movie, Even Kubo who worked on all the Bleach movies didn't put in romance. RtN wasn't focused on Romance it was focused on Family and bonds, that is what sold tickets for that movie.

 

A Movie with this boss, uniting Team Seven one last time doing a mission, would have sold a ticket to nearly all the fans of the series, To see that team together one last time, working together to do a mission would have been epic, not a single fan would not want to watch them.

 

Hey. I just got over this disappointment. Don't make me wonder over what could have been. There could have been romance (with NH), but not showing team 7 and only giving Sasuke and Kakashi a minute of screentime in the last movie of the franchise has no excuse.

For someone who doesn't care, he sure gave them a lot of unwarranted attention in the last arc of the manga. He should have wasted that precious panel time on something he actually cared about.

Hey NS was neglected completely so was Sai  , Yamato, Karin and Taka   see the hint  . 

 

Basically everyone that posed a threat to NH/SS were brushed of like they never existed no resolution whatsoever they were at least that important   what a load of crap  the men knew that he f**cked up and went with it either way  this is the proof right here that he sell out . He should have wasted those panels to try to develop the couples he decided to make canon "quite a while ago", not make completely unnecessary CPRs and specially Karin development towards her powers and feelings for Sasuke, or Suigetsu's dream of being a swordsman (which didn't get any closure, like many characters' dreams) or Minato and the Kushina/girlfriend conversation. He can't fool me by saying this crap NH was planned. Madara becoming a boss was planned. If he really intended NH/SS since "quite a while ago", he wouldn't have wasted so many panels on a "crack pairing" and given so much closure to "irrelevant characters"  instead of developing the real stuff.

I am still thinking about the theme, guys... HILARIOUS.
A THEME, A kittening GODDMANED THEME.

Among other things, I would like to stress the insensitivity of Iruka to propose a such subject as the theme. It's obvious that kids would write they'd like to spend their lives with their familiars, they are their first strong emotions that could feel. But Iruka proposes this theme with some orphans in his class... And I am not speak only about Naruto but Sasuke too.

In a theme of mine during my elementars school time, I wrote I wanted to kiss a my female classmate on heir hairs, and I was 7 old years. Silly me. I was already aware of true love since then!

Indeed. That's why this movie is such a blatant retcon and why Kishi and others are being so vocal in telling us why NS doesn't work: because he needs to hide the fact that up until 693, it was really obviously NS made the most sense. But, LOGIC! Kishi lacks it.

Gai got a better deal out of Kishi, getting a fight that mattered, appearing both in the volume cover and the epilogue. Taka didn't matter, outside of the visual parallel for the sake of the brothers plot.

So moral of a story, if you are a girl you fall in love at eight to the first person you like, even before they hit puberty, My neice just turned nine, I should probably tell my brother that he needs to ask his daughter who she likes because that boy is going to be his future son-in-law.

 

If you are a boy, you're feelings don't matter. (Sorry ObiRin fans Rin really loves Kakashi, Obito never loved her it was just because of his rivalry.)

 

Also love is formed from having one thing in common, not friendship, bonds, attraction, or chemistry. As long as you have one thing in common it's true love.

 

I feel sorry for Japan, all this time we thought the reason for their low birthrates was because of them working too hard and not having enough time to form relationships, when infact it's because they met their true love in Elementary school, and the girls the boys like are still pining over their first crush.
