If it is canon related that's of course the only thing they can show without spoilering anything. In fact until december /the manga ends they can only show naruto or unimportant persons. This is all so weird. I'm very disappointed since I don't see sense in it and that's making me worry about what kishi would actually do. With part 3 there is a probablitlity that ss and nh get developement:/

I dont really see why people are surprised this is in canon.
Ever since Gaara's request for Naruto I knew we were going to get another timeskip before Naruto becomes hokage.

If its gonna be a Canon timeskip movie than at least we can already say that Naruto wont die xD
Unless he Dies at the end of the Movie...which would be hillarious in some way
