No, not really. Tobirama upheld a system where jinchuriki were oppressed. Tobirama did nothing against the Uchiha. In fact, Tobirama made the Uchiha the police of the village, which is actually a pretty powerful position. Laws mean nothing if no one enforces them, the Uchiha were handed power of the bureaucracy, yet they wanted more. Hashirama handed out the bijuu like they were nothing more than animals and created an oppressive system in which jinchuriki were sacrificed and used as tools of war, and then hated in the confines of their homes which they were used to protect. Hiruzen didn't cause Naruto's suffering, but he damn sure enabled it. Watching someone get abused and not doing a damn thing about it makes you guilty by accomplice. If it had been Tsunade as Hokage, she would have murdered the people that dare treated him wrongly, and then adopted him.
Yes, they were blamed for something they didn't do, however, Konoha did have probable cause to suspect them. There is only two ways to subjugate a Bijuu, the sharingan and Mokuton. Not to mention the fact that not a single Uchiha fought to help the leaf. The actions Konoha took were wrong, but the Uchiha weren't victims, they too had a hand in what happened. Like I said, the Uchiha determined the lives of millions of citizens were worthless simply because they weren't Uchiha. The Uchiha were just as much scum as Danzo. They didn't deserve what happened to them, but they damn sure don't deserve the pity card when they chose an equally disgusting route.
True, but Naruto is different in the sense that he was acted upon by outside forces, his story was forced to continue by people who wanted him killed. Sasuke's continued for zero reason other than to appease fans, because he sure as hell didn't have any direction following Itachi's death.
No, he's weaker because Naruto was stronger. Zetsu said he was stronger than Sasuke before Sasuke even went blind. Sasuke would have gotten plowed by Naruto had they fought immediately following pain.
Orochimaru even states the wrongness of the act to Tobirama about giving the Uchiha that power, it caused them to dissent even further because of it. Even Hashirama scolds him about it. Besides the Uchiha lost ther power after they were falsely accused of the Nine Tails attack. What Hashirama did was bad but he sealed the Nine Tails inside Mito, his wife and Mito did the same to Kushina, you can only blame Minato for Naruto being the host. Hiruzen also didn't do anything to Sasuke's situation. LOL, that's why I like Tsunade a lot.
They never stated that the lives were worthless because they were non-Uchhas. Really? Danzo? He's just a piece of kitten, the Uchiha's wanted better treatment, were their ways wrong? Of course, risking innocent lives is never right.
Tobi wasn't an outside source? If he hadn't told Sasuke about Itachi, Sasuke would have returned to Konoha.
Zetsu says "he MIGHT be stronger than you" with Sasuke saying "I don't care". Sasuke has Amaterasu and only really fast people like Raikage, Minato, and KM Naruto could escape it.
