So why not do it on Kushina, so both of them can be trapped. Then again, I guess it's the user that counts. But I never understood why third tail never got captured. Tobi got him controlled, so why not then? In fact, if they can do that, why Madara couldn't do it on Naruto? He can summon, but can't hypnotize him? What's the limit?

Yeah, it traps the user within the shinigami's stomach.

And idk. As we all know, there are lots of plot holes within Kishimoto's manga and he didn't think most of this kitten through...

Because apparently half of Kurama is stronger than the other eight Bijuu combined. And it's probably also because: Mito and Kushina were (full-blooded) Uzumaki, so their bodies could take it, and Mito, being Uzumaki, had strong chakra which could seal the entirety of Kurama..

Well Kurama has like 1/2 of the Juubi chakra so, half kurama has 1/4 of the juubi, which is the same as the hachibi

But yes, the first one does make sense, more or less. The one part that's really confusing is the idea of saving Naruto's life is using Kuruma, whatever side. But that would beg the question, why didn't they do that to Kushina? Debatable, even after the stab, she could seal it and get healed, at least I'm assuming. While that's a debate, the problem is that Kushina has said to seal it again, only to die later but at least Minato has time to spare. I don't understand that and neither everyone when that resolve was established.

Really? Are you serious? The Hokage did nothing to Sasuke. The only one you could argue had any negative effect on Sasuke is Hiruzen, simply because he was negligent in his dealings with Danzo. Hashirama created the Bijuu/Jinchuriki system, which Naruto suffered greatly because of. Tobirama help in establishing that system. Minato, knowing the price Naruto would have to pay, still sealed a Bijuu in Naruto, when honestly, he could have just sealed the entirety of Kurama in himself and save Naruto from unnecessary suffering. The third hokage, someone who Naruto admired, stood back and watched and did nothing while Naruto was unjustly ostracized and discriminated against by the villagers that his father died to protect. Sasuke's suffering was caused primarily by the greed of the Uchiha, who believed that they were worth more than the millions of inhabitants of the Land of Fire due to their blood. Everything that Naruto suffered is because of the system and the actions set up by the hokage that came before him. Everything.

Sasuke's only purpose was to kill Itachi, his ideals and goals later on we're nothing but rehashed versions of other villains. He had no purpose after and nothing he did made any sense. He obtained EMS because he wanted to "crush Naruto". He was weaker than Naruto, and he acknowledged that

The Uchiha felt they were discriminated against and wanted better treatment, they literally were blamed for something they didn't do. Naruto suffered because of the pieces of kitten in the Village who hated him not the system. 

 
You ignored what I said about Naruto, Kishi adds goals on to the characters to extend the story, he could have had Naruto stop in the Pain Arc if he wanted because Naruto's "only" purpose was to be acknowledged by the Vilage as he stated.

 

Of course he is weaker than Naruto, he's blind. Sasuke wanted to destroy the Leaf he couldn't do that without his eyes, he would have gotten them either way.

No, not really. Tobirama upheld a system where jinchuriki were oppressed. Tobirama did nothing against the Uchiha. In fact, Tobirama made the Uchiha the police of the village, which is actually a pretty powerful position. Laws mean nothing if no one enforces them, the Uchiha were handed power of the bureaucracy, yet they wanted more. Hashirama handed out the bijuu like they were nothing more than animals and created an oppressive system in which jinchuriki were sacrificed and used as tools of war, and then hated in the confines of their homes which they were used to protect. Hiruzen didn't cause Naruto's suffering, but he damn sure enabled it. Watching someone get abused and not doing a damn thing about it makes you guilty by accomplice. If it had been Tsunade as Hokage, she would have murdered the people that dare treated him wrongly, and then adopted him.

Yes, they were blamed for something they didn't do, however, Konoha did have probable cause to suspect them. There is only two ways to subjugate a Bijuu, the sharingan and Mokuton. Not to mention the fact that not a single Uchiha fought to help the leaf. The actions Konoha took were wrong, but the Uchiha weren't victims, they too had a hand in what happened. Like I said, the Uchiha determined the lives of millions of citizens were worthless simply because they weren't Uchiha. The Uchiha were just as much scum as Danzo. They didn't deserve what happened to them, but they damn sure don't deserve the pity card when they chose an equally disgusting route.

True, but Naruto is different in the sense that he was acted upon by outside forces, his story was forced to continue by people who wanted him killed. Sasuke's continued for zero reason other than to appease fans, because he sure as hell didn't have any direction following Itachi's death.

No, he's weaker because Naruto was stronger. Zetsu said he was stronger than Sasuke before Sasuke even went blind. Sasuke would have gotten plowed by Naruto had they fought immediately following pain.

I personally have no problem criticizing Kishi because I lost all respect I had for him. I honestly rarely despise a person like I despise him or say such things about someone, and that's because I really feel betrayed by him  !

As a person probably not but as a writer, I would say yes because he himself said he chose to do this ending for popularity and a writer shouldn't do that and ruin everything in the process, so he doesn't deserve respect if he doesn't care for his own story, I don't care how bad the story was since it was still enjoyable but that ending and 699 ruined everything for me that I can't respect a mangaka who doesn't respect his own work
