But to everybody this is nothing to worry about. It's just a classic marketing ploy. Just look at RTN? Why would Kishi make Hinata be crazy about Menma in a complete flip flop universe if he wasn't planning on making NS canon in the first place? I think Kishi's pairing of preference is clear at this point.

Why would someone smart enough, reveal his canon pairing well in advance before the movie especially when he knows it has the least fan following of the Big 3? Kishi knows NH and SS fanbases are way bigger than NS. How would he make money if he reveals NS? And besides...he himself said that this movie has a good amount of romance in it. So why reveal the surprise when it is supposed to be kept as a surprise? Would the movie be as interesting as it would be, if Kishi revealed his lead pairing all in advance? No, right?

Even though this is annoying, we should look on the bright side. It seems to be a depressing scene, and they specifically have Hinata standing BEHIND Naruto instead of "Beside" him like she's always going on about. This very well could be a rejection scene based on that. (Although I still don't like it, the pairings should have already be resolved by the end of the manga at this point).

Lol i couldn't of said it better myself :) and anytime you feel doubt just remember how sakura has met minato but hinata hasn't even gotten close.

Anyways, Hinata's outfit isn't SO much like Sakura's. Maybe they changed her design like they did Sakura's? They have different boots and shirts. Different hair styles. Sakura has gloves. I've only been apart of the fandom for 4 years but it's really damned annoying. 

 

I'm starting to worry about that. But maybe it will, and Hinata will have a role in the movie anyways. The problem with it not being resolved is the fact this movie is 3 years into the future... maybe they're just trying to emphasize Hinata's role in the movie. 

 

I seriously doubt Naruto and Sakura wont get a moment to talk in 3 years.

I would be more secure if more NS shippers admitted how scary the picture was instead of immediately calling it absolutely nothing. Its  not absolutely nothing.
