You're both forgetting the happy stunned look with a light blush Naruto had on his face when we come to the scene in 469, right after Sakura tells him she loves him the first time.(the part of the scene not shown.) Sakura is blushing and repeats it.

Naruto's words and actions as well when he rescues her from Sasuke, and Sakura's reaction shows a subtle change that shows they both know their romantic feelings are mutual. Naruto might have thought to hold off stating his feelings directly, but he's not holding back physically and emotionally anymore. Kushina's words will likely be a trigger to make him decide to go for the realtionship. I'm betting Sakura might do something too.

But as far as we know naruto doesn't know that Sakura is aware of his feelings remember Sai didn't tell him, it seems clear to me that he's not ready to tell her how he feels , remenber he neither denied or confirmed his feelings when Sakura asked him, and I excepct him to be upfront on the matter only after the Sasuke issue is resolved, the whole point of the flasback wasn't to show Naruto's;apparent feelings for Sakura but why he couldn't confess to her . so while I do agree with you about the sai's issue I still think that naruto will confess to her at one point. I have a hard time believing that Kishi will put an end to ns without having Naruto the main character express his feelings on the matter so a confrontation's of everyone's feelings is coming certainly during the final fight with Sasuke. I'm really not worried, the drama is far from over.

Also, have you guys ever noticed that when Naruto and Sakura are separated for extended periods of time, the relationship grows closer when they are finally reunited. This is more from Sakura's perspective than Naruto's, but that's better, because we see how she interprets their bond, and that interpretation changes each time she meets up with Naruto after a long absence. Makes me wonder what'll happen when they're together again next time (which is hopefully soon...).

I know it shows how strong and deep their bond is. I wouldn't be surprise if the next time Sakura meets up with Naruto again she migth hug him again.

lol.. i am hoping for the forehead kiss or atleast "the talk" about the confession or something on the line of that... and i also think that kishimoto is gonna make sakura train with tsunade and tsunade will probably encourage her to tell naruto how she feels.. at least i hope she does.

humm I've been thinking about what Sai told Sakura about Naruto's feelings. Until now, I still think that it's not really true because I'd prefer if Naruto'd say his feelings on his own. By Sai's telling, I felt...I didn't sense any romantic things when Sakura knew it. So I lost idea about the climax of telling-her-(Sakura)-the-truth and I still don't have idea on how they could end together romantically.
What if Sai hadn't told Sakura? Would it make changes to recent events?

We don't want to rush things when it comes to Naruto and Sakura's relationship, but then again it's been a slow and steady developing romance. If we continue to be as patient as we have, I'm sure it will be rewarded eventually.

500? I don't think I could wait that long. I would've said 250, seems more appropriate seeing as how the series has probably got about 4-6 arcs left (that's my estimation) 'til it's all over. It took 10 and a half years just to get to 500, I don't think I could handle another 10-11 years waiting for NS to tie the knot, I'd go insane!

Anyway...did anyone notice that Sakura is saying ''Naruto!'' so much in the anime and manga? It's obvious that they are gonna end up together..

Other fandoms think we're just cocky and confident in our pairing, well who wouldn't because they are that confident too? They sttill believe that their pairings are still going to become canon I am not expecting them to change their minds when I have a debate with them I honestly think that they should continue supporting the pairing they like.

It's up to them whether they want to jump boats in the pairings and not because I have brainwash him/her or any other NS fan. My point is that there just too much NS development in the entire manga to be left ignore without making in it canon. It's just too much to ignore every single development and hint made by Kishi, so that just like that he makes a 360 degree turn and start developing NH or SS like there has never being any NS development throughout his manga after 510 chapters so far.

I know Kishi is playing with us and he will continue giving NS hints and keep up with the development because I honestly think he won't make NS officially canon until the last chapter of the manga.
