That person's characterization of Sakura was quite off- someone doesn't read the manga. Sakura strongly dislikes jealousy- it doesn't "make her feel special" it makes her miserable and upset, even in part 1. Remember the hospital roof fight?


Sakura is the one who's acted in all of part 2 to move her and Naruto's relationship to a more romantic level, who has actually confessed- in front of witnesses no less! Who said out loud that she loved being held in Naruto's arms. It has been Naruto that has been the roadblock, who wanted things to stay the same.

Are there any Fanfics in which Naruto is already Hokage? And does anyone know of any narusaku fiction not on fanfiction? I feel like I've read the bulk of them.

Ah well, you can't please everybody. But most people still write Sakura as the one blocking that relationship. I must say, I liked it better that way.

I see she has Sakura wondering the question readers have posed- should she even bother to save Naruto- especially considering what Sasuke has turned him into.

And the scene with Sai is so heart-wrenching. I hope this isn't a tragic story but I'm wondering if it will be. She really has the characters down quite well though. This is one of very few fanfics that I eagerly await the next chapter, because she gets almost all the characters right. Naruto is the only one that I ever felt was jarringly off.

I can not love this story more. I have not read a story that has made me 'feel' as much as this one has. This chapter was heart wrenching (and it made me want to punch Sasuke in the face!) and now I'm on the edge of my seat for the next chapter. What is the full extent of what Gaara did? I wait patiently for the next spectacular chapter!

I agree, and 99% of the characterization is spot on (only Naruto's actions- even under a genjutsu, just doesn't quite ring true to character.)
