Plenty of times, Chatte's theorys and other ideas, posted as "credible source", when it's was only theory and Chatte didn't give any permission to post it out of here and her blog.

Well, if I look back at 2 years, NS all the way, CPR scene, Sakura's speach, Minato's words, Naruto's words. It's still nothing for NH, one moment, that as always pictured one sided. So nothing can justify "misleading" comment. Even harder to belive in words about Kushina as "red hearing", one of key character's in Naruto's development - is misleading tool? lol

Then in makes sense why in the end Naruto didn't succed even in one part of promise to her. 

Well see that's because you have a tremendous amount of common sense. Matter of fact, I'd say that a lot of us here do. (Screw anybody who just laughed at that cause I'm so serious). From what I've read on the comments here, I can conclude that a lot of us still can't acknowledge what Kishimoto did because it contradicts logic. While I still say that SJ mostly destroyed this story, Kishimoto is still at fault too.  

 

When it comes to pairings, I would say that at heart he was a NS fan, but what type of person would call Minato x Kushina a red herring. What civil minded person would create the parents of their main character just to throw off an entire fanbase of people.  

 

That's the thing. We're too smart and Kishimoto is just...dumb. God that sounds so bias but I honestly think the entire Naruto fandom over-analyzed everything.

After the Genjustu Hinata confronts Naruto. He politely turns her down and she understands and move on. Later on Naruto and Sakura gets together and lives happily ever after. 

The more I think about it the more mind boggling it is:

 

Naruto loves Hinata bc of a genjutsu

 

Sakura dropped all possible feelings for Naruto despite several mutual romantic moments because Orange

 

Kakashi became Hokage instead of Naruto because Terrorist "Coolest Guy" Obito

 

Sasuke apparently now loves Sakura because Apple

 

Choji married Karui because Banana

 

And Kishimoto is slowly destroying his entire legacy and making his Seiyus cry because????

 

 Now will you take the blue pill or the red pill?

 

I'll take the blue pill. If Kishi says NS was a red herring and fake, put me back in the matrix

Yes. There's a lot of good stuff out there and unlike Kishi, other manga authors actually knows how to tell a story and stick to their guns.

lol, that's the problem there always stories that fans take deeper then author tries to picture, I saw such stories. But it's really first time when story was done for 99% and all deep meanings of it was trashed by 1 last %, and even more, author himself saying that he actually developed deep meanings into it, but just for kittening with minds of his fans. That's reaaaaaaaaly stupid. Now part 3 don't even have logic in it (as ending itself).

Even I could picture better ending then Kishimoto did, with such parts that 70~90% of plots would be resolved in some way.  Even the simplest themes of manga wasn't resolved my Kishimoto... That takes some skills, to ruin story to this degree.

I wouldn't read too much into it. I doubt it's anything significant even if the symbols are the same.

Look....I'm torn between "Did he really just end his story like this" or "Is he really going to end his story like this" 

 

In other words: 

 

Did he really just end his story off of pure fanservice that didn't even correlate with the entirety of the manga or is he really going to claim that everything was genjutsu in order to continue a story that's way past it's bedtime?

No. I didn't read that much. Only read the english post and looked at the confusing pics without being too careful (read too much is reading the non-english post too and look at the confusing pic carefully)

While it's true that fandoms do tend to overanalyze things, I don't see how Naruto tellings Minato that Sakura is "more or less" his girlfriend can be seen as anything else other than a sign that he is still interested in her. I also don't see how Yamato's unfinished sentence coupled with Sakura's shocked expression could be seen as anything other than an indication that Sakura's feelings for Naruto might go beyond friendship. 

 

These are just a few examples, but my point is that you didn't have to dig deep to find NS in the story. It just flowed naturally along with everything else. 

 

Which is why I think that Kishi really did intend for NS to happen. Either SP or WSJ managed to convince him to end the story with NH and SS or he just didn't care anymore and just went along with it. 

 

In any case, I'm simply not convinced that NS was just meant to mislead us. It just not logical and it goes against everything we know about Kishi. If he's not comfortable with romance, then why waste all that space on a red herring? Just make it straightforward or give an eqaul amount of attention to every pairing.

 

At least then the end pairings would have a somewhat more solid foundation.

yup, to be exact,  mobile suit gundam wing. I'm a gundam fan as well, I love the wing gundam zero custom in endless waltz and the unicorn gundam in gundam unicorn and my all time favorite is burning/god gundam from mobile fighter g gundam xD

That's it. But problem is, he saying mislead about relation ship, that backed up by other relationships and third party quotes, and themes of manga, and parallels, and foreshadowing. That's stupid at least, to say all that was only for mislead. Kushina's parallels wasn't the only one. Jiraiya and Tsunade, Obito and Rin. Even without. Minato and Kushina's story - there is plenty of things pointed to NS.
