I'm holding onto a faint hope.  My re-reading of 700 when I wasn't in shock made it seem a lot more ambiguous than it felt on the first pass.  The biggest clue for me is how the reference to "big brother" for Hinata and Himawari is immediately followed by a shot to Rock Lee & Clone.  

 

If we go with the same logical reasoning that led us to conclude that Sasuke is Salada's father, it's only fair to apply that same logic to Rock Lee being Himawari's father.  

 

The whiskers on Bolt and Himawari, which are not a genetic trait in the canon story, are a red herring.

I think TAKA + Orichimaru wasn't shown for a reason imo. Maybe Sasuke was tagging along with them on his adventures around the world? I just can't picture Sasuke actually taking care of a kid and staying in the village like that, maybe he really did leave her in Naruto and Sakura's care. Those are the people he trusts the most, right? I don't think Naruto would turn him down either, especially if he already has his own child(Bolt). Him and Sasuke are basically brothers lol.  

 

That line "He and I do have some things in common... at least when it comes to papa, I'm sooo shanaro!" is so confusing I wish there was a batter translation, because the bolded doesn't make much sense.

Lol, yea, that really confused me too. But I have a feeling that she said papa, she may have been referring to just Naruto, since she would have said it in a plural form if she meant Sasuke.

the only thing making me thinking that this chapter could be an hoax is that ramen theory, I actually do think its a legit theory whether that will amount to anything or not.

 

Naruto promised his mother that he would eat more healthy...aka work on eating more than just ramen, but in 700 Naruto is not only eating ramen but cheap ramen which pretty much means he lied to his mother.

 

Granted, his promise doesn't mean he will stop eating ramen or anything, its his favorite food after all, but why cheap instant ramen? And not only that, there were 2 instant ramen cups on his desk which suggests that he doesnt eat much of anything else. Atleast if there was only 1 ramen cup along with vegetables or whatever then I think it would render this theory invalid.

 

Not to mention, it was foreshadowed that Nardo would end up with someone like his mother, and what was his mom wanted? Naruto to eat healthy...yet if Hinata is supposed to be that girl, why aint she checking on him?

 

Whether that theory turns out to be false or not, it still shows kishi inconsistency.

I do find one thing funny that so many hated Metal gear solid 4 and yet its ending was better than this shows that Kojema is far better when it comes to telling stories and how to end them as well, and its not just him either.

If I remember correctly he said that Kishi said that the movie should be watched after reading the last chapter.
