It works out to be around the same. 64.99 total. But teh DLC might have extra stuff.. so meh. I'm going with the CE because it's just $10 more, and I can always sell the DLC stuff if I don't want it XD.

You do realize I don't have to pay taxes on DLC because I have a 360 (and I tend to use the prepaid MS points cards, love those cards!)

I pre-ordered the CE as well. It's a very good deal for me because it comes with a 1-month subscription to Marvel Digital Comics, which I've always been interested in trying out and is normally $10 by itself, so Shuma-Gorath/Jill and the other stuff is pretty much free.

Also, out of curiosity, since we pretty much know what the final roster is, which characters does everyone plan on using? For me, while it may change after I get the game, I'm planning on using teams of Spencer/Dante/Spider-Man or Zero/Super-Skrull/Trish.

Yikes! Not worse here, we have 6% Sales Tax in NJ. However, other taxes are in SCARY percentages.

You Guys complaining about 9-13% In England the VAT just went up to 20%.

Cool will have to see if it exists, I've yet to see it on pre-order.

Nope just checked and rechecke,d so far nobody is doing the special edition, though I've read that Gamestation will have the steelbook cover (nothing else) Shopto has the comic as a pre-order bonus and few of the other websites have a dfferent MvsC3 T-Shirt, for some reason no site is doing the special edition with the steelbook, comic, DLC, and the art cards. MAybe they'll add this later like they did with Naruto Ninja Storm 2, where the Limited Edition wasn't added until the last week of release.

Amazon UK like Play.com and most other online DVD/Blu Ray/Games retailers ship from Guernsey or one of the other islands and they don't have VAT as it's technically an import.
