I just wonder whether people here hate Hancock as much as some other people do? Me I think she is a great character and i love how the Pirate Empress is like a shy school girl around Luffy. I dont care if she joins the crew or not I just want to see more of her story.

There has to be some reason Oda has detailed her so much

I agree. Her and Luffy's interaction is way too much fun. I would love to see more.

I love Hancock. She's just such a unique character to see. She acts exactly like most people write their fanfiction Mary Sue's. I mean, her sole mission in life seems to be to kick anything cute and fuzzy that crosses her path, while talking about how beautiful she is. And she has the ability to look down so much she's looking up. Now that's talent.

It looks as if I get my wish next chapter or so. Luffy, two creepy drag queens of awesome power and TWO Shichibukai? God, this arc is getting better and better. Now, we just need to find a way to get Zoro to Luffy, and it'll be alright. ^^

Since I have been reading One Piece off and on for the last two years but seriously since the end of last year. I am now enjoying it more than Naruto. You can't really compare the two of course but it is always such a good read. I can't wait for the chapter to be translated and I really wish Viz would put a rush on releasing the books

It's EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE PRISON, thanks to both Luffy and his group, and Buggy and Mr. 3. It seems having a guy that can make keys, and a guy that can turn walls into sand, makes for a rather nice jail break.

'Kay, now I'm interested. I've been waiting a long time for the next time Luffy & Blackbeard would meet, and Blackbeard meeting up with his old captain would be pretty awesome as well. This is also the perfect opportunity I think to shed some light on the 'D' mystery.

Though I still dislike this arc and always will for completely excluding the Straw Hat crew. Oda is going to have to really make up for this.

Why wouldn't he be? I believe the last time we saw him was with the other Shichibukai (minus Hancock and Jinbei), preparing for the battle with Whitebeard.

Oh, and to the guys saying they hate this arc because of the lack of Straw Hats: According to the One Piece Wiki, which is usually pretty reliable for information, the other characters arcs are going to be shown in the anime. Which means this arc is going to be insanely long in the anime. I don't know if that's a good thing or not, though. :/

lol, Luffy's fight against the vice chief was rather short. Heh, wasn't expecting Luffy's fight against Blackbeard coming so soon. Interesting to see what happens.

Hmm, I think Luffy may actually do better against Teach than Ace did. Ace relied too much on his ability to not be hit, so when it came time to duke it out, he couldn't take the blows.

But Luffy is insanely durable, as well as incredibly strong even without his Rubber powers. Add to the fact that Teach can only stop a persons powers by touching them, and combine it with Luffy's Gear Second, and you get a very hard to hit target that can withstand your attacks.

The only problem is if he starts pulling out that gravity or whatever attack that flattened that town.

Hmm, I predict awesomeness. Yes.

One thing, though: Ivanikovwhatthehellhotwomanwhere'dthebigheadgogleeblegooblegobble?!

FUNimation® Entertainment and the Japanese powerhouse consortium of producer Toei Animation Co., Ltd., publisher Shueisha, Inc. and broadcaster Fuji Television Network, Inc. have entered into an agreement giving the American anime leader exclusive rights to the U.S. and Canadian online simulcast of the studios' signature animated series One Piece.

Starting Saturday, May 30th at 9:00 p.m. CDT, just one hour after airing in Japan, FUNimation and the consortium will stream the first, free, professionally-produced, accurately English-subtitled One Piece series episode beginning with episode 403 via the official One Piece website www.onepieceofficial.com followed soon thereafter by FUNimation partner sites.

There's a few dubbed episodes and subbed episodes on the official site now. I assume it'll be like Naruto and be up elsewhere eventually (ex. Hulu).
