hmmmmmm
lessee.
well, it's obvious that he respects her capabilities enough to keep her around, DESPITE the whole... ravaging... thing.
yeah.
Again, Sasuke isn't a very emotion-packed guy. Not because he doesnt HAVE emotions per say, more that he chooses not to use them. Or ignore them. in other words, while he might have anger, lust, joy, and all that good stuff, he's locked it so deeply into himself that nothing will change him. He's been that way since the beginning.
Which just shows Naruto's "Special Effect" on people. Sasuke was someone who was absolutely consumed by his internal demons. hell, he had the possibility of eventually becoming a damn good person until Orochimaru bit him. as a matter of fact, before the forest of death scenes, i was 100% behind SasuSaku. and then... biteage!
again, Sasuke has locked his emotions away, and does everything he needs to to achieve his "Duty". this is why he's a tragic hero, because he is sacrificing one of the most vital pieces of himself, his emotions, to avenge his family's death. The entire manga so far has been rather sasuke-centric, through Naruto's eyes. Sasuke has affected Naruto more than anyone else in the manga, and vice versa.
Kishimoto is showing us what it really means to be a Tragic hero, a lone avenger. In the end, all Sasuke will have is his own bitterness and anger, whether he kills Itachi or not.
Okay, now ladies, read everything i wrote up there and tell me. Does Sasuke sound like Boyfriend/Husband Material?
Karin, please stop humping the projector.

Um... not really mysterious is she? she kind of openly wants to hump Sasuke, and is probably as outspoken at times as Naruto used to be.
Recompense, good eye. He does indeed fit the Aristotelian formula, which is used to judge tragedy in most forms of literature, for a tragic hero.

He seems focused on killing Itachi anyway. The last thing on his mind would probably be love now.

In the end, I can never think of a kunoichi that Sasuke would end up with. Just some random girl, that isn't a ninja.

Ha nice. Personally I don't see Sasuke being with anyone like other people have said. With how the story is going, I see him dying at some point, whether it is to Itachi or not. He just seems like that tragic character that is so obsessed that he will lose his life for it. On the chance he has an epiphany however, I would say a character that will come in the future who better suits his personality and is "worth his time" as Sasuke would say.

Sasuke simply doesn't show interest in anyone. That is an undeniable fact, and clan revival has nothing to do with it. Do you honestly believe Kishi will end the manga with Sasuke having a harem of faceless women to revive his clan with?

As I said, if Kishi does, it will suck.

Love is not about admiring the strength or perfection of the person but to fully accept their shortcoming and weakness. - Me
