I hope it stays that way Evangelion was a series that marked my childhood, so I would hate to see it butchered in such a way since it's pretty obvious the movie is going to suck most lickely, the franchise has just too much content to put on a movie.

There use to be a saying amongst my eva friends that there would be a Halo movie before a Evangelion movie. Now the saying is that theres gonna be a Evangelion movie before Weta makes a Halo movie.

Has anyone already seen Rebuild 2.0? I've watched a few weeks ago online, a camera rip version with subs and... man... it's... it's... EPIC EPIC EPIC, so awesome. Can't wait for a better quality version and the rest of the movies.

Meh, still have only seen You Are Not Alone. I have been waiting for the next one. Anyone have info about an American release?

I know 2.0 its being released on DVD in May, but American release? I'm not American so i don't know what you guys get released in there in terms of Anime and so on.

Sucks that you can't see a better quality version yet, but the wait will be more than worth it. I foyu can get to see in the same quality as the trailers, then it will be tremendously awesome.

I was fortunate enough to watch it in theaters during my trip to japan last summer, and I gotta say, "Eva 2.0 is my favorite movie of all time" As we all know blue-ray comes out in may for 2.22, which is wonderful since those at studio kara learned their lesson with the first release of eva 1.0, 1.01, and 1.11. 1.11 eng dub should be out since last month.

I know this is going to sound stupid, but its better to ask something stupid than doing it. So I downloaded the players, but oh joy what do I do next? Which of the links do I download to watch the movie and what do I do with the file after downloading it? I'm not used to downloading videos so I actually don't know what to do.

I'm assuming you don't use torrents too often (at all).
Download uTorrent, install it, and click one of the first three links at the site Paradox posted. The links are torrents to the movie in order of quality, from highest to lowest (so the top one is the highest quality, the third one is the lowest quality). Open the file with uTorrent and it'll start downloading.
After that, just play the video file with MPC-HC.
Pretty bored.
