I know that's why I give so much respect for the team behind RWBY.

You know more than anything I want to hear what Seishi has to say when it comes the interview of time his older brother Masashi. I mean I've said this before, but his storytelling supersedes what Masashi had to offer with Naruto.

Ino and Sai, LESS THAN TEN PANELS

 

And I don't even think Sasgay and Suckura have over thirty panels dedicated to their romance, Hinata and Naruto have LESS THAN TEN, FIFTEEN AT MOST.

 

But NaruSaku has hundreds of panels that could be considered shipping moments, HUNDREDS

 

The bottom line is that Kishi is telling a very different tale than his own story that he drew tells. And considering the lack of thought and development for all of the canon couples it's clear that the decision was to milk the series for all it's worth. But considering the incredible lack of Naruto lately compared to DBZ, everybody, even the most hardcore pro ending fans know deep down in their darkest hidden places that this series is dead and it's never coming back.

Last thing I remember him doing was Sukedachi 9 which I know ended a while back, still waiting on the translations for the others that haven't been translated as of yet.

I'm gonna take my assumptions and say he's working on his next series which man when you look at it Seishi has done more series than His older bro, sure they haven't lasted as long as maybe O-Parts Hunter, but that still says something.

Here's something I think I already suggested, but how would you feel if Seishi teamed up with Masashi for a manga series I think that be interesting kinda like Obha and Obata the guys behind Death Note and Bakuman.

Detective 101 would say that someone that keeps contradicting or telling a version of the facts that are inconsistent is very likely hiding something, and possibly lying under duress.

 

He has to keep saying NH is canon otherwise NH fans won't buy his products if he tells the obvious truth.

Bc my guess is he's still taking marching orders so he can stay in the good books of SJ's execs so they'll sponsor his next project.

In my small village there was a weird ceremony where on a child's first birthday they wear a rice cake on their back and have three objects placed in front of them. It is said that based on what objects they choose, their future career can be learned. My parents placed in front of my brother and me, an abacus, paint brush, and money. It seems my brother took a moment and then took the brush. And I went straight for the money. I was an evil child... Though I may have started out interested in money, I soon began to show interest in drawing, as did my brother.

I'd totally agree. 

 

Not sure if you've read O-Parts Hunter or Sukedachi 9 (The latest one)  the mangas done by Seishi, but they are really good in fact I think they are better than what Masashi did for Naruto, that and the reread for both O-Parts Hunter and Sukedachi 9 get better and better.

Creators like Hideo kojima has the balls to admit that the Metal Gear Series is not perfect and that he did not plan everything from the start or even admitted that he was disappointed in the 4th game. In addition, he did not hesitate to call out that fans misunderstood the messages of the second game instead of pandering to their ignorance to take their money.

Well that would be stupid, Kishi should know by now he has the power in that relationship, whatever we might think about the end, there is no denying that in the last two decades he is the one who has generated the most profit for SJW. He is a bankable commodity, any of the other publishing houses would kill for his signature. SJW know they need a new story from him son, just look at the current line up they have and there is nothing there that can have the same global presence of Naruto. They have manga like My Hero Academia  and Haikyu that can have similar appeal in Japan but on the International front, will Academia stand out in the market with the likes of Batman, Spiderman etc and Haikyu is volleyball, so that's going to be a tough sell.

 

Just look at the current manga, it started off as a manga from a new mangaka, but from the interview you can tell they are not focusing on the mangaka responsible for the manga, but making it appear it's Kishi' has a bigger role in the manga's creation than he does.

 

If I was to take a guess Kishi's answer towards the final ending was an answer to pander to the NH fanbase, he's been led to believe that the west love NH and Sakura is universally hated by us. So his answer seems geared towards that assumption, giving the answer he believes will get him the most likes on Facebook.
