I watched Free! season 1, and trust me: It's not even close as good as Haikyuu! (though I still need to see season 2 of Free!). Some people will have a hard time liking the characters from Free! b/c they are so... weird (Ryo will kill me for this later). But in Haikyuu! almost everyone of the members is likable. And I've seldom seen such a functional team.

So what do you think of the anime?

Oh, Haikyuu! is very exciting right now b/c the next match will be the hardest one for Karasuno yet.

I watched Free! season 1, and trust me: It's not even close as good as Haikyuu! (though I still need to see season 2 of Free!). Some people will have a hard time liking the characters from Free! b/c they are so... weird (Ryo will kill me for this later). But in Haikyuu! almost everyone of the members is likable. I'm glad that the fanservice is kept to a minimun in this manga. Except for Tanaka showing of with his chest once in a while, there really is not too much distraction.

Does she know yet that season 2 of Haikyuu! has been confirmed?

This is what I'll say: The artwork in Haikyuu!! is not the best, so I think seeing the actual movements in the anime sprinkled with the music makes the matches a lot more exciting. Of course, the manga is still very enjoyable (last week was just awesome).

You have yet to get to the tournament of Haikyuu!. While the outcome of the match is often predictable, you never know what tactics and surprises a team has to offer.
