Even though it's a mistranlation, it's still funny to see butthurt everywhere about that wrong statement...

 

So the jap raw is already out?

 

Can't say I didn't see the mistranslation coming. It makes more sense that it's about both of Naruto's parents. I can already imagine the many reviewers having to do videos correcting their mistake because of the mistranslation.

Raw is not out but it would seem so though.

That's why I didn't review it, let alone read it.

Well I'll still be butthurt with the idea of his birthday being next day and well, not over with Sakura. Expect major thing. But yeah, I'll be more of that if Rin and Kushina did die on same day. Really bad one.

Seeing as how we are already six chapters into the volume, I feel like the war will come to an end by the next volume. From What I've notice while reading the other chapters.

 

Volume 67 so far: 

(Note it's not in depth, just summarizing the chapters in one sentence) 

 

Chapter 638: Shows everyones reaction to Obito becoming the jinchuriki. 

Chapter 639: shows The Edo Hokages using strategy against the tentails jinchuriki.

Chapter 640: Minato saves Naruto and Sasuke/Obito regaining control as The Sage of Six Paths (Incomplete). 

Chapter 641: Minato, Tobirama, Naruto and Sasuke lay a mark on Obito.

Chapter 642: Obito explains his powers to Minato, Tobirama, Naruto and Sasuke, Yin Kurama appears. 

Chapter 643: Senjutsu is Obito's weakness/ Yin Kurama (Minato) and Yang Kurama (Naruto) fist up.   

 

What I see happen in last four chapters of Volume 67: 

 

Chapter 644: Naruto's new Tailed Beast Mode, powers are revealed. Minato assists his son to destroy the barrier, and teleport the tree to another spot then return, Gokages/Orchimaru, Suigetsu and Karin appear at the end of the chapter.

Chapter 645: Gokages either assist Hashirama against Madara, and Orochimaru's team assists Sasuke against Obito. Tsunade takes Sakura's spot for healing as she steps back in the battle to assist Naruto. Possible NaruSaku moment as to what some people are saying. 

Chapter 646: Both battles take place, and the alliance assist one of them. Madara annnounces that he's about to use his trump card. 

Chapter 647: Madara uses his trump card, and how it can be used against Obito.  

 

 Trump Card Theories: 

 

1. Edo Rin is one that people keep bringing up. I think it kinda makes sense because We've been seeing Rin panels for the bast few volumes. This would cause Obito to react to this (Yeah I know he loves her that much) This could be one of the parallel possibilites between Sakura and Rin. 

 

2. Some kind of Uchiha jutsu asspull that we never heard of before. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if he uses that to somehow extract the tentails from Obito to become the jinchuriki by sacrificing one of the foder. 

 

3.  It's the same as one except like Madara, Rin is enhanced with Hashirama's power maybe. That could be asking for too much,but I see him controlling Rin to fight against Obito, and that could possibily get Madara to become the jinchuriki by sacrificing a foder.

 

 

Although it would kinda be like how 637 ended with Obito becoming the jinchuriki, but I'm leaning towards #1 because it would make more sense from a story perspective. At the same time it's like really that's how Obito was defeated. Again their just theories so let me know if you guys have something different in regards to Madara's trump card.

What are they complaining about?!  I mean, there's nothing  pairing related  in this chapter, besides the possibility of Rin and Kushina had died on the same day .. but it's such a small thing, What are they afraid of?!

I think if anything they are afraid that it's yet another note to add to the pile of parallels we already have. Obito is like Naruto. Kushina is like Sakura. So, if Rin is like Kushina then ObiRin is like NaruSaku. With this being true, NaruSaku has significant involvement to the plot thus making it clear what the cannon pairing is.

 

It's just a giant mess of connections between all the pairings that should be obvious even if explaining it words sounds complicated.

Shouldn't this chapter already confirm that Sakura, Saskue and Naruto are now 17 years old?

 

I mean, if we go by logic, it was confirmed during the Pain Arc that Naruto was 16 years old then (and hence making both sakura and sasuke 16 too, considering they're both older than him by a few months--Sakura: March 28, Sasuke: July 23)

 

And so, if according to Obito that tomorrow is Naruto's birthday (manga timeline), that means another year passed since Pain and all three of them are (FINALLY! THANK GOD, TOOK THEM LONG ENOUGH) currently 17 years old.

Why hasn't their wiki pages been updated yet? all three still says they're 16, just sayin' :/

 

 

P.S. and yet AGAIN, Kishi makes zero sense with timelines... didn't Shizune stated not so long ago that it's been...uh.. 3 years since Sakura's initiation as Tsunade's apprentice? but according to this week's chapter, shouldn't it have been 4 years??

Actually, going by your assumption, it's making look like Sakura is the youngest as Sasuke already hit 17. Naruto is next. I think that's how it works. Um, where did it say they are 15-16 year old? If so, when did it post it?

There's no year, Sakura can be either the youngest or the oldest.

THe only stuff we know is that Sasuke was already born when Naruto came.

But funny is that all the three are maturing, i mean Sasuke is not being manipulated anymore, Naruto made his choice, the only thing missing is Sakura.

That is true, we already know Sasuke was born before Naruto. I mean if you remember in the Kushina flashback we only saw Sasuke as a baby, and this was before Naruto was born. Sakura wasn't shown in the flashback at all. I mean if Kishi really wanted to, he could've had Kushina meeting Mikoto (Sasuke's mother) and Mebuki (Sakura's mother) before the third's hokage's sister told her to follow her. That could've confirmed whether that Sakura was older then Naruto. I'm not sure if this accurate, but I believe Naruto returned to Konoha in the spring. So I believe that Sakura turned 16 maybe two or three weeks before he came back.

 

Quick update: People were saying it was winter when Naruto went to the land of iron, but actually they mentioned up that the land of Iron is a snow covered country. That means that it was still most likely The Five Kage Summit most likely took place Late September.
