Look, I'm not trying to lash on you guys because I have respect for you guys. It's just a bit annoying that you can convert a chapter a pairing moment, let alone a nod to it. It's nothing about that. That's my point. Hinata is not doing on her own will. She is doing her job as Sakura asking her. Tell me, wouldn't be "meh" to have her communicate with a fodder instead? You may say, what about Pain Arc? That's because she had a purpose. If Hinata just leaves Sakura behind, then no doubt Sakura will stop her, since she's not injured. No one knew Hinata was going to head there on her own will. Now, pretty much she is staying behind and her work could end next chapter since Obito might go all out.
So until it's straightforward as 631, let's not make every chapter as a pairing hint/moment. The time will come when it really wants to come. So just relax and enjoy the ride. I bet Kishi is even asking this for tons of fans. Can't catch a break.

No such handseals have ever been made when an individual was entering Sage Mode. The posture entails them either clasping their hands together (Jiraiya and Hashirama) or entering a meditative sitting stance (Naruto). If you'll notice in the background of the panel in the bottom centre of the final page, several Jubi replicas are visibly rummaging through the debris. Sakura is just using the remote healing jutsu from #634 to restore any off-panel soldiers that were injured.

 

 

Notice that the index and middle fingers of her right hand are protracting the longest whilst she concentrates. There wasn't a complete view of her right hand as this panel is depicting Sakura from her left. In the panel you provided, Sakura is yelling over her shoulder to Hinata who is on her right. Those two fingers are the same protracted limbs that you see in Sakura's Ram seal above.

That scene didnt give that impression you're having since my thoughts were about that possible outcome, of Naruto x Sasuke and Sakura and Hinata on the backgroudn with the same spotlight for the two, that's going to piss me off, because it's like including Hinata on the team 7 stuff with no reason other for fanservice and give a hell out of an increase on the pairing drama.

 

 

Instead of having Sakura facing a drama because she's on Naruto's side and wants to help him but Naruto told her to back off.

I'm just saying is that i dont want Hinata having placed on the same level as Sakura during this fight that's for sure, i'm sick of her character suddenly appearing for the sake of fanservice, she has no role and no serves as an informant, i dont want the whole thing being Hinata telling her about how the things are going, i wish Sakura could be more closer and i hope Tsunade gets there soon to take Sakura's spot on healing then she can get closer to Naruto.

 

My hopes are on Tsunade taking Sakura's healing role and then Sakura goes there to join Naruto right before Sasuke betrays him.

Probably she will confront Sasuke about his true intentions and he will reply "Nothing at all i'm just trolling, Amateratsu!".

And with this chapter ( and some others ) it feels to me that Kishi is bringing Hinata to main character level.

It's annoying me because Kishi doesn't make it clear. He's playing to much with the fandom. I think things shoud be clearer right now, we're near to the end of the manga. I'm reading Naruto from the very start and i'm starting to be annoyed.

I don't like how he's pursuing the manga right now...

It opened a possibility of it happening but also there's Tsunade who can take Sakura's spot and will let her free to join there to support Naruto, leaving Hinata behind.

Maybe seeing Team 7 might start making Obito to be redeemed then he will see the Rin on Sakura, because he already know that Sasuke was like Kakashi and Naruto is like him.

Probably triggering that seeing Sakura at Naruto's side might think that Rin did those things because she believed on the same things he did once believed.

I feel ya bro. What can we do, hinats is the only byakugan user so whats there to say. Hinatas not gonna be involved with anything you can count on that. Only makes sense. And yeah, sakuras bound to join in. (And if you even think that hinata will join...pfft..please..spare me the time)

At this point I really dont see kishimoto doing anything with hinata, absolutely anything. Other than report to sakura whats going on. I really never cared about hinata and still dont. Shes such a plain character and honestly I never did expext much from her, which is exactly ehat we've got.

I would say that the parallel between NH/SS and MK/FugakuMikoto is really weak here... Kushina and Mikoto might be friends each other but not so much as we might think since when Kushina meet Mikoto, she thought that she had a female instead of a boy (and Sasuke was born on 27 July while Naruto on 30 October so this means that they didn't meet so often). Moreover, Mikoto and Fugaku were older than Minato and Kushina since they had also Itachi who was 5 old years at that time. You see, the parallel here is really asspulled....

 

You shouldn't be so worried, manga hints is always at our side. Just enjoy the manga

This chapter was another transition chapter to me, laying down necessary groundwork for later chapters.  That being said, I feel it was much more enjoyable than last chapter.

 

Tobirama is Sasskakge – you know Naruto is going to continue calling him “disrespectful” names, that’s just who he is, no matter how much Tobirama grumbles about it.

 

The combo looked cool, but it definitely throws me off to keep switching between a Sasuke that clearly intends to murder Naruto, and one that is cooperating with him.  I can see his arrogance is at a max too, first trying to attack Obito by himself, and then giving orders to Naruto.  Still, I did like the panel of them smiling together at the end.

 

It couldn’t be more obvious that the alliance (or rookie nine at least) is going to get involved soon – Shikamaru’s speech about waiting for an opening is screaming it.  Sakura in particular continuing to demand what is going on with Naruto and Sasuke shows that she is definitely going to get involved in THEIR battle specifically with Obito sooner than later.

 

Kishi is doing the EXACT same thing with Sakura that he did with Hinata in the Pein arc, showing her worrying on the sidelines, watching everything that’s going on.  Hinata may try to interfere if Naruto is in trouble, but Sakura is faster and more on edge.  If Sakura doesn’t simply rush forward past Hinata (recall her blitzing past Naruto and Sasuke in 632?), I could see her possibly telling her firmly to stay back, since these are HER teammates, and that it is a Team 7 matter.  Frankly, I would love to see Sakura tell Hinata to worry about her own teammates.

 

Not only that, but from a story telling point, Hinata has already played her individualized part (not only in 614 and 615, but by using her byakugan to keep Sakura informed).  Hinata will join with the rest of the alliance, and Sakura will rush forward to insert herself in the thick of things with Naruto and Sasuke.

 

The hardest part at this point is just waiting for the trigger to get Sakura rushing in.

It's true they were not big friends, but we can't deny that Kishi made us felt some bond between the two of them  (Kushina and Mikoto)

Really, i'm not this worried. It was just a eery thought that i wanted to discuss. The forum made my lines bigger than it was.

Maybe it's because of this pierrot's ending with Hinata and Sakura that i thought about that.

Yeah, I have the same thought. I do think maybe the whole Sasuke ordeal will be save for later because Naruto is at his peak and I would like a break before going to the final confrontation. That's just me.

Well, I do hope the next chapter is about going forward this time around because we got the rise of Obito for three chapters and then, this chapter pretty much saying no one is unimportant. That being said now it's a good time to move forward and start having everyone involved, even though a lot of them will get hurt bad. Still, we are drawing near to the end of the battle/arc, and chapter 5 should be the do or die moment. Chapter 8 should be a shocking twist or turn-of-a-event, which it could be the Rin part, but we have to wait and see.

Last I checked in chapter 635, Gaara mentioned that he was gonna use the sand to get them to the battlefield faster. So I wouldn't be too surprised if their entrance will save somebody from getting killed.  My probable guess is that they'll show up somewhere between 642-644.

My guess is on next chapter. I can picture a sand blocking Obito from attacking Naruto and then others will do some teamwork to beatdown Obito. That would be some entrance.

Exactly. Its inevitable that sakura makes her move and plays many roles. If theres a female in naruto that will get glory and special treatment, its naturally sakura. If hinata also joins the fight, then the k11 will join as well. All in all, its all win for us and our heroine.

Its not even weak. Ir doesnt exist. Naruto and sakura are this generations minato and kushina and it has been shown many times by kishimoto no matter how hard anyone thinks into things. Hinats just doesnt fit. Stop trying to fit a piece that doesnt belong to the puzzle. Sakura and hinata are friends but that can be applied to tenten as well. Theyre friends but theyre not close friends. Team 7 team 8 and team gai are friends. But theyre not all the same. For example: naruto and ino and hinata and tenten are friends, but is that equivalent to naruto and sakura and sasuke? Hell freaking no. Sakura kiba shino and neji are friends, but is that equivalent to naruto and sasuke? Hell freaking no. The only closest friends naruto has from them are neji, shikamaru and lee, choji.

Theres absolutely no way no freaking way, hinata will be involved in anything on her own. She doesnt get that special treatment, not in kishimotos manga. This is about team 7 and the important and I mean important characters. Im just glad the japanese fanbase doesnt care about hinata and put her on a pedestal. Just gives me hope.
