I stuck my head into NH's FC on NF and either they are depressed and doubting NH or they are calling Naruto a "kitten" and a "jerk" to "lead Hinata on".

Well Ino did exactly the same. In fact, she seemed as if she were bewildered, in a positive manner, by his appearance. Hopefully the resolution of the feelings whom several different women shared towards Sasuke will include Ino being able to look beyond her superficial centred "love" for him.

Why do I have the impression that SS will be closed for Good when they will fight for the Hokage position? She is the one supporting Naruto's dream from the beginning and I do have the feeling that she might kittenslap him in some sort for doing that to Naruto?

I am interested in why Sasuke "wants to be hokage"....it felt like an awkward motivational speech for Naruto.
Hoping Naruto gets the other half of that chakra his dad has, although the thought of the two of them fighting together as entities of the kyuubi would be epic!

I think Sasuke and Sakura might be able to become friends after this. She can actually get to know him instead of forcing her fantasies on him. I'm kind of looking forward to something like that. (Of course in a non romantic way. XD)

That's a good point, Sakura wants to see Naruto's dream happen, and now we have it confirmed that Sasuke wants to be Hokage too. Yeah I definitely see Sakura siding with Naruto on this one maybe even confirming NS at this point if it doesn't happen sooner.

The NH fans can't say crap about this now. There is not reading between the lines or mistranslations. This is the real deal, baby.

It looks like Sakura is not too trusting of Sasuke. Naruto might be, but I think Sakura knows better.

It has been said time and time again that this was unlikely. Goes to show that people forget how unpredictable Kishi can be. Yeah, I admit it is a bummer we never got to see such development, but at least it is something and much better than asspulls Sasuke does.

That panel with Sakura telling Naruto "How weak do you think I am?" is like Kishi telling the NH fans "Sakura is not as weak as you might think."
The Naruto and Sakura interaction was AMAZING. For the first time, it wasn't forced. It HAD romantic undertones (and don't tell me it didn't), AND all that waiting was well payed off.

However, I have to say there is one thing I didn't like about this chapter.
Sasuke's "redemption"
It was as I predicted, shallow and stupid. He has changed so suddenly and so quickly from wanting to destroy Konoha to now wanting to be it's Hokage? I have a feeling the Naruto vs Sasuke fight will be nothing more than a simple sparring match. Now this high-end battle we all wanted. Pitty, but then again I don't care about Sasuke anymore.

I am sure the NH fans are PISSED right now.

This is something I never even imagined what would happen, I seriously did not. I was honestly expecting the manga to go for a while longer, even Sakura just sitting out of the final conflict but we just got so much. I mean think of it, last year by this time, it was Naruto, Bee, Kakashi, and Guy facing Obito, all the other ninja were on their way.

Then we got 615 and we almost had a heart attack, now look how the tables have turned, many anti-NS fans are going crazy over this chapter.

In all respects, this is my new favorite chapter. Just a month ago, we never would have even thought this possible. It seemed like a pipe dream!

Now with all the good that has come forward, the only remaining things are:

-Sakura's feelings towards Sasuke, he came but not much has impacted her towards Naruto. Will Sakura change at last towards Naruto?
-Hinata is still a lingering factor. If she listened to what Naruto said to Minato though, will she have been impacted by it?

This was an incredible chapter, I expected our upwards enjoyment to end but we get this, so fast and simple. Sakura will kick ass, I'm ready to do a 3 things for this chapter:

1. Cry manly tears
2. Grow my beard out
3. Wait for the reaction of haters

All in all, this literally is almost a dream come true.

That's right. Sakura supporting Naruto's wish to be Hokage will somehow simultaneously establish that Naruto is the one she truly loves.

But even if Sasuke's desire to be Hokage is very odd Kishi somehow connects it to Itachi's speech regarding becoming Hokage and how he'll leave Sasuke to Naruto. I'm interested in what association Kishi has in mind with all of this.

There's still no review as far as I can tell. Not even one.
