Well so far it seems I will get the PS4 for the New Kingdom Hearts. Well I'll check to see if there is anything else that catches my eye. Hoping for more Tales games personally. I'll play anything that is not FPS. Not saying that FPS are bad but they are not a game genre I enjoy on a console or Handheld, I usually just play them on a PC.

Well attribute it to what lunacy Microsoft is planning, can't say I'm surprised. Anyways I'm looking for some titles that would satisfy me but I'm holding off buying one for a while

If sony is smart would release the console in October to sell more.

Gain a momentum of advantage and release more bundles on X-mas.

Rumored launch date is October 21st

Rumor: Our internal product release schedule from head office dropped yesterday and on Oct 21st an unnamed Sony console will be launched. Fyi all console revisions like the ps360 slims and Wii Mini were listed as ps360 & wii mini. Previously the wiiu, 3ds and vita were also only listed as Nintendo/Sony Console in the product name column.

Disclaimer: I just work at a very large retailer, managing the electronics sales force and nothing more. I have nothing to do with purchasing, nation wide merchandising or shipping. I am not trying to play this off as I have connections at Sony, or I am some sort of insider. It's that just yesterday we received a product release schedule from our head office and I thought this is OT itt. These schedules btw, are for internal use only, designed to allow us time to create our instore merch plans. If the launch date for a product is unknown, it's simply marked TBA. The only time a date is ever included is when we have received confirmation of said date from the product company.

I think they will launch ps4 sooner than the XBOX1 because of obvious reasons.

I mean in the end for both Xbox and Ps4 the third-party games rules.

Only Infamous caught my attention but still Santa Monica and Naughty Dog are yet to announce their titles.

Was it bad? It wasn't mindblowing, but It wasn't bad. Theres not much of a point to announce their big first parties, when they won't be out until next holiday. Although I'm positive Uncharted will show up at the VGA's. They still announced new games, price drop for the vita and its accessories. It was the most news we're going to get out of gamescom.

It was boring. They were way too proud on indie market. It is nice and all, but this somewhat tells me it will be slow start for PS4 exclusives. Maybe I don't know. The UI looks like PS3, which is ok, but not a fan of. I didn't like how none of them really show me what will make me choose that console over another. Like for 360, the offerings were my style so I feel like I was glued to it. Next gen, well both of them didn't show me. Though to be honest, I feel like X1 features could win me in a long run. It could be just me. Overall, I am not that excited, but I look forward to it. If X1 comes out first, well it could have that newpaper effect: the high price came early and it's pricey, but it could have the features that satisfy you. That's what happened to me between PS3 and 360. Well, now I play the waiting game.
