It could verwell be the otherway around, a big NS moment happens and then people go "WHOA," and start buying. I could be over reacting but I've seen how this fanservice stuff went with pierott.

And Oda is also said to be the executive producer for OP's movie this year. If that's true, then this will be very interesting. But OP's movie will be released at the end of the year while FT and Naruto's movie will be released this summer. So the highlight will be FT vs Naruto. It's kind of interesting, because Mashima will be trying to one up these two and show off his skills. It's kind of like a greenhorned kid trying to impress and outdo his senpais.

kishi doesnt need to put naruhina stuff even if it was a competition, cause naruhina isnt as popular as narusaku in japan.

Nothing has indicated it being a VS. thing. NH is not even more popular then NaruSaku in japan. Anyway just because their could be a NH moment doesn't matter. In all the anime movies Kishi he has been involved in theirs been nothing but NS moments and they have all been successful. and judging by the poster Sakura will play a big role in this movie. but not bigger then Naruto of course, since he is Naruto!

You guys are getting it wrong, the japanese fandom doesn't love naruhina, they love Hinata, so as long as she haves screen time, they are more then happy. I don't really care about pairings anyway, and this is just a single movie, so, the manga content is what should really count, right?

the japanese fandom just recently started liking hinata more than sakura.

hinata probably got more votes cause she did the "pain save thing"

but before sakura always was the most popular girl then hinata

Sakura has been more popular than Hinata in most of the readers polls in Japan, and even in the polls where Hinata gets more votes Sakura is right behind her. Kishimoto is pretty likely to keep it narusaku, he's just giving Pierrot the Hinata fanservice they probably been pestering him to do for years. We'll see a bold, brassy Hinata acting like the Alpha girl of the village (like Ino turned up to level 10). It's most likely he'll have Kiba being her smug boyfriend (that's what the promo image seems to point to). Ino becomes the shy, self-conscious girl instead (maybe with a secret crush on Naruto?). Shikamaru may still be smart but instead of the slightly reserved personality he has, he's rude (he's always has a rude streak, but from the promo poster will it become a dominant thing?) Chouji looks sterner than his regular self, he's not "thin" like his current self, but he's not soft looking (and a bit hesitant in personality) like he was in most of part 2. He looks kind of tough and muscular. Naruto looks happy and absolutely confident- not just an outward persona, but for real. A glimpse of what Naruto with living parents would be like. Sakura looks the same- with a hint of anxiety in her expression (something echoed in Minato's expression.)

If it is the whole dimension thing, where Naruto's parents didnt die i would love to see more Kushina development. IMO Naruto is a giant mothers boy so i wonder how he would react to being sent to another dimension.

Whoa, so Oda, Mashima, and Kishi are all taking active involvement in their manga's movies this year? Wow, that's crazy. I wonder if there's a correlation.

Maybe like, some secret mangaka society meets every Tuesday for bowling and tacos, and they all lost a bet, and now have to actually get involved with their respective movie studios on top of writing their weekly manga.

I suppose that means Kubo must have won that bet.

As fun as that would be if it was true, the answer is sadly no. Remember that Bleach is animated by Pierrot as well. If Pierrot churned out Naruto & Bleach movies at the same time, they'd be on the verge of bankruptcy because releasing a movie takes a huge chunk out of the budget.

As for OP, I'm not so sure to be honest because I heard that while it's true it was announced that Oda would be actively producing the movie, but I remember reading somewhere that statement was later retracted. Not so sure either...

Well movie 5 Blood prison should be release on DVD next month as for this movie next year.
