Wow, when I finally come on, this thread's already six pages deep? Well, that's nice I guess. I suppose the N/S and N/H reunions have people celebrating, cussing, or double-celebrating if you ship Naru/Harem. Heck, maybe that was Kishi's endgame all along

(not that it'd matter, since Naruto would obviously give more attention to one of his wives than the rest

).
Anyways, as for the chapter, I was pretty happy with it. I was a little bit tired of the "Naruto saving everyone" routine, but he only killed Zetsus from what I could gather (I think anyway, were those guys that beat up Hinata Zetsus or Zombies?). Plus, I was happy to see Naruto meeting up with everyone finally (ha ha, and I loved Ino's reaction to Naruto showing up). I guess now we'll probably see some fights on the individual fronts.
Also, I saw Sojobo's post from earlier, and almost spit out my beverage. I'm usually pretty skeptical about stuff like that, but I think you might be on to something. Kishi's art style is pretty predictable, from what I've seen, so it seems odd that he'd give Naruto a sort-of 'evil grin' (almost identical to the Neji clone's grin, I might add), instead of his trademark reassuring one. So I think there's a good chance something's at play here. I admit, I am a little confused at how he could harness the Kyuubi's cloak, but maybe Zetsu clones can do that somehow. I mean, we really don't know too much about them, at least enough to come to conclusions about that sort of thing. Either way, I'm looking forward to finding out next chapter.
Now for the shipping stuff. I like that we finally got our Naru/Saku reunion, but I suppose Naru/Hina also got a reunion. I guess I don't mind, but having Hinata's at the end of the chapter, and seeing Hinata in more of a damsel-in-distress role than Sakura, sort of left me with an N/H taste in my mouth. At the very least, I did notice that, out of all the K-11 members Naruto could have saved, he only saved two this chapter. The two characters who he just happens to be paired with most often in the hetero shipping fandom. I'm probably a little late in realizing this, but this tells me two things. (a.) Kishimoto is aware of the 'shipping wars', and (b.) he's intentionally pushing them along until near the end of the manga. I think we might get a nice N/S (or N/H???) hint in the next chapter or two, but I officially doubt anything's gonna be set in stone until right before or sometime after the climax of the story.
Anyways, I have a few more thoughts on this chapter, but this is starting to get pretty long, so I'll just post later on when I feel like bringing up something in particular. So much happened in this chapter, I think I'll just chew on it for a while.
Also, a random question popped into my head. Now that Naruto's clones have re-entered all the battlefields, it looks like the WSJ spoiler from a few weeks ago was right after all. So here's my question: if Kishi was going to have Naruto reunite with every character this chaper, why did the spoiler only say, "...Naruto heads to where Sakura is"?
